Locked the store doors 30 minutes early and had people on the inside shopping. And I knew exacting what I wanted. I won’t be back simply because of that.

Very poor customer service I purchased a boot in a size 10 my box said a size 10 anyway.when I went to wear the boot I noticed it was a 9 I took the boots back simply trying to exchange them for another pair any at this point seeing I paid 40 dollars smhthe lady in the store that runs it was not willing to allow me to exchange my boots because I did not have a receipt, I then told her I didn’t keep it because I never planned on bringing them back. I asked if she could look it up in their Computer system, she said no, anyone could clearly tell that the boots were never wore ? she was unwilling to compromise in anyway. With that being said I will no longer shop at this store and I will pass the word around to family and friends also nt to shop here. Customer service is very important in a business and you’ll all here are very poor with that in a number of ways
