So I'm not a face routine or makeup kinda gal...at least I wasn't until I ventured into this Sephora location.I'm staring 51 in the face, and my 50 years young face, I noticed had a few deep lines (no biggie right?) and dark lil sunk in under my eyes.Also acne...at 50 bc of course #thanks2023 So a friend suggested that getting help with a skin routine would cheer me up. She was ✅️(When I recall the Sephora consultant who helped me, I'll edit this and add her name) Anywhoo I walked in there utterly lost, wondering if skin care really cost this much, and barely knowing if my skin is oily, dry, or combo...turns out I'm combo! Ms Ma'am was super helpful, really funny, and aligned me with the best products for my skin and tone.It's been over a week now and not only do I enjoy the extra attention to my face in the morning and before bed, having the dark circles (tear throughs) be significantly LESS obvious has really put some pep in my step.Also was schooled on how purchasing better quality products not only last longer, but is better for the largest organ on the human body: the skin!*will add a few pics later too

Allison made my experience so pleasant! I am so grateful for her. She listened to EVERYTHING from my fears with make up, to my lack of knowledge. She didn’t recommend products that I didn’t need, only things that would be useful for the minimal amount of times I would be using these products. She even helped me look for a new sunscreen that I have a great feeling about. I am very excited to try all of my new goodies, so thank you Allison for all of your help. For making this experience less scary & color matching me PERFECTLY!! ?

the worst employees, can’t work in sales, don’t help you just look at you like you’re stealing… shouting across the store so unprofessional macomb mall as a whole turning so ghetto.

Store employees follow you around like you're stealing. Also very rude when you have product questions. And lastly they can't honor sephora returns. They tell you even though you've spent THOUSANDS. That you have to go to big beaver to exchange or return. Extremely poor experience.

Shopped the clearance racks. I love a bargain. When I got to the car, i looked at the receipt. I saw I was overcharged on one item. I had two bags full of merchandise. Before I left the parking lot I thought I would just go get it adjusted I saw an item on the receipt for 35,00 and i knew i didn’t spend that much on one item. The way I found which item I was overcharged on was, I matched the barcode on the receipt to the one on the tag. Customer service was nasty and embarrassed me with other customers in the area. The associate loudly announced that the tag was switched and that’s why it didn’t ring correctly. Her delivery of announcing that the tag was wrong was very accusatory. She scolded me that anyone could clearly see that the tag was wrong. I just returned the item and left. I should have spoken with the manager. If what the associate said was correct I think that there would have been a nicer way of handling it

Absolutely love it here! The store is always super clean and very well stocked! Kohl's hidden treasure ? Employee's are ALWAYS super helpful every time I'm there and always great you when you walk in. I prefer this one over all others in the area.

I was SO HAPPY to find out you can go to Sephora at Kohls at Macomb Mall. Before this in the neighborhood the only other one was at the JCPenny. But here is a MAJOR issue that they FEEL that they didn't mention...even though it's kinda a big deal and left me livid. So just like every visit to my store I love so much *(I'm a VIB Rouge)* meaning I spent a life savings worth here I go in grab my fiancés belt to ring up too, and someone gave me a gift card and I decided to give a new perfume a try since Gucci Flora and Dior were kinda getting old to me. So I grab "Gucci Guilty" So here's the kicker... I go to use my gift card. Enter my Sephora VIB number and go to pay... THEY DONT TAKE SEPHORA GIFT CARDS!?!?!?!?! EXCUSES ME? I WENT ALL KAREN ON THEM ... *MY APOLOGIES...* BUT THEY DONT TAKE SEPHORA GIFT CARDS AT THIS LOCATION AND EMPLOYEES SEEM ENTITLED AND RUDE. you work at Sephora... this don't mean you can afford half the stuff I buy so show your loyal customers some respect.. anyway I felt everyone should know this kinda important detail when you go here that the gift cards from here are ONLY GOOD FOR KOHLS SEPHORA. NOT any other location....

Usually my favorite store. but not right now. Too many people without masks. Very sad
