Every visit here at a Sam's club, we keep regretting getting a membership here. The food offerings and quality is not as good as their competitor down the street at all. The only thing that ever looks at their stores ate the croissants and that's about it. Shrimp cocktail, 2 buffalo chicken packs and a regular chicken wrap, broccoli salad with raisins and bacon (ugh, should have read the ingredients closer), chicken salad too. $50 for this stuff that I wasn't craving at all. The buffalo chicken wrap was okay, although notably soggy and the wrap was not quite the spinach wrap I was thinking. The plain chicken wrap was about the same. The chicken salad tastes quite strange and not in a good way either.

If I could give this store -6 stars I would. My husband and I are just leaving this location after spending three hours shopping for groceries for our family. The store closes at 8 we checked out at about 815pm. So at this time the only option is self check out. Which is fine with me. As I'm wrapping up checking out all my items the woman who was overseeing self checkout area was very rude as I was paying part of my order with a card and my husband was going to pay the other portion with cash, she rudely advises that it's card only and we couldn't move to another register to pay cash. Then she literally stands there and watches me swipe my card to post the rest of my bill literally watching until it goes to zero! Then she swiftly walks up to the front of the store and I suspect she tells the lady at the front who checks receipts that we were stealing or something to that effect because when we reached the front she was so eager to find something missing from my receipt. The first thing she scans she eagerly says this isn't on here! I let her know I have more than one receipt! The total I spent this afternoon was $583! Then she starts throwing our items all about the grocery cart! I had placed my items neatly in the cart as I scanned ALL OF THEM one by one. Then more employees come up front as I my husband and I are both upset that they are assuming we stole and throwing our items everywhere then another employee brings another cart as if they are going to go through every single item in my cart! I have been with SAM'S CLUB for 6 years and for the most part have always went to this location!! I've never experienced anything like this ever at ANY GROCERY STORE! I'm done with Sam's club all together! After they began throwing my items all over the cart and being very rude and ACCUSATORY I ASKED FOR A REFUND! I've been a loyal customer for 6 YEARS I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SAM'S CLUB AGAIN! And do not advise anyone else to shop where they are treated this way. I work very hard daily to provide for my family and will not spend my money any place treat customers this way!!!

They dont sell cigarettes, not a company policy, just because. Have to drive to madison heights for that. They dont keep reliable stock in the freezer section. Like one item, one time, never available again. You like a specific water, toilet paper, or paper towel? 50/50 if they have it. Very little in the way of availability for PCs or TVs. The best part of these shopping brands, the food court, but its awful now and it can be a twenty - thirty minute wait behind three people just to get a 2 dollar 2 hour old pizza slice. And they rarely stock drinks at the register anymore. Worst is I waited in line almost 40minutes for gas, filling up destroyed my fuel sensors, 02 sensors, and engine sensors, giving me a litany if problems it took months to get fixed. Dont trust it for the 2 bucks youll save. Just turn it around guys. Stock cups, stock items, and dont shrink on cheap gas.

I have been an avid Costco shopper for many years now, however Sam's club recently had a pretty awesome deal on a membership, so I decided to give them a try and see how they compared. Right off the bat, I was pretty displeased with my initial experience at the membership counter. I had to stop there first to get an actual card. The two employees at the desk were having personal conversations throughout the entire process of getting my brand new card made. I was not welcomed to the club or made feel appreciated as a new guest whatsoever. I was not informed or made aware of any Sams Club policies. There was a few items that Sams Club carries that Costco does not have. Those items made up the majority of what I purchased today. Items such as Grits, kids cereals, campbells soup, and remen noodles. There were several departments that I noticed a much lower quality product than Costco, such as produce and bakery items. Based on what I saw, I cannot see myself spending any money in Sam's club bakery or produce section because the items that were available did not look fresh at all. I did however receive a free pie with my membership purchase through the Groupon deal. I haven't eaten it yet though. I tried the scan and go option and it didn't work for me, so I ended up wasting time scanning my own items throughout the entire store, only to have to wait in line at the end of the store to check out. Based off of my first and only experience so far, I'll definitely be keeping my Costco membership, and probably won't keep Sams past this year.

OMFG! The entire region must have a Sams club membership to get gas. The lines take 20-30 minutes before getting to the pump. I've tried different days and times, open/close. It's crazy busy all the time. Checkout lines can be just as bad. I finally used the Scan N Go in the mobile app and haven't stopped using it since. Good variety of stuff at this location.

I came here to pick up a few personal items as always. One thing I love about Sam's is they have an amazing location and are usually fully stocked when you come. The staff is always helpful and everything is always in the right place. One thing that people aren't aware of is that you can download the app and scan and go on your cell phone. I never have to stand and the long lines because my card is linked to my account. Another thing is when you get gas there is always a long line to the street and it goes pretty quickly. Overall good location, great customer service, and things are in stock. I will definitely be back when in the area.

Wish they were open till 9:30 am -10:00pm. Work 7 days a week it's hard to go shopping with them closing before I can get there

Normally, I don't do too many reviews of box stores because I like to frequent the smaller local stores in my area, but there are certain things that I can't resist for the price savings, gas is most certainly at the top of my list, holiday bulk grocery items from produce to meats and one of my most favorite things....FLOWERS! I love flowers and feel that a home should be graced with vases of flowers in every room. Expensive one might think, but Sam's Club is a flower menagerie with fantastic prices. I buy flowers for my home, work and as gifts for special celebrations. I love the art of putting together flower arrangements. What some might spend at expensive flower shops, can easily be replicated with the fine selection at Sam's. You can also find beautiful vases at a reasonable price. I received so many compliments at Christmas that I felt it necessary to share my little flower secret with my fellow Yelpers. I hope you are able to bring some extra sunshine into your home this new year!

I'm a senior and went to Sam's Thursday senior hours at 7:15 A.M. Parking lot packed,Long lines with buggies outside the store and long lines at curbside pickup. I called pharmacy from my car to reach a very anxious pharmacy tech to add on more prescriptions to my already order. The tech told me they were already busy with customers inside and had no idea what was going on outside. He switched me to manager and I just got a busy signal and disconnected. I left and got some necessary groceries somewhere else. Sams needs senior hours everyday. I will try again today but will drive out again if there is a line outside. I've been a business member since they opened and always had great service and products before corona.

Hello, I wouldn't give this Sam's club any stars due to their attitude and how slow they are. I had a tire with a small leak and just needed to be plugged so I called up there at 4pm on Monday the 10/14/19 and asked them when they closed and they said 7pm and I can bring it in anytime before that. when can I bring it there at 6:15pm Gentleman told me that they can't take any cars in after 6pm. I went to the members desk and ask for a manager And a lady came she was very rude had no answer for me and said they can do whatever they want when I said I was gonna make a complaint against you , she canceled my membership right after I left. I called the next day got a hold of the store manager and they are back in their employees up 100% so therefore they are allowing their managers to do whatever they want and they cancel my membership back I can no longer be a Sam's Club member. All because she was rude and I want to make a complaint against her so be aware do not make a complaint against any employees or you can lose your membership. I've been going to Costco for five years and never had any issues like this before that I was a Sam's Club membership for six years and never been treated like this in my life. I'm a respected member of the society and also on a business myself and I would never ever treat a customer like this. BEWARE OF SAMS Club!!!!!!!!! Don't make a complaint because you will lose your membership

Overall this Sams Club is good. It usually has everything I need. I use the mobile app to pay, so I cant speak for the lines or the checkout process. The lines for gas are usually no longer than 10 minutes. For the cheapest gas in the area I can handle that. My only complaint is the food service is usually not the greatest. The tea is usually undrinkable. Not really sure why they cant fix those tea machines.

My family and I are 20 year Sams Club members. My daughter and I went to do our grocery shopping yesterday when she went to get a chip and dip sample. As she went to get the sample, I noticed the lady serving the samples was wearing gloves as she grabbed a chip and scooped the dip on the chip with a spoon. A male coworker came up to her and began talking to her and she stopped working, with her gloves on she licked her finger. When my daughter arrived the samples where gone and the lady turned to give her a chip and dip. She did not put on new gloves after she licked her fingers. Very disappointed. I am shocked that she continued to serve the sample after she licked her fingers especially since she did not change her gloves or wash her hands.
