The experience there was ok... Decent service... Lots of different clothes options... But most of there clothing was on clearance... This l the price great... But no fitting rooms and all sales are final.. I tried the dress on over my clothes and thankfully it looked good on when I got home but I don't like the color on me as much as I thought and over clothes there was no way of knowing.. Hopefully it will look better in the summer

I found a lot of cute/stylish items and didn't spend a ton. I just wish they had a fitting room.

Nice selections. Hard to walk through the store without getting caught up in the clothes. The cashier must have been heavy in thought. She never spoke to me until she rang up one of my items that was a final sale.

Horrible customer service very rude. Especially the older lady with the short gray hair I would suggest that you find a different rainbow to shop at or not at all

The woman that was at the cash register was very very kind and helpful however my granddaughter and I find it hard to buy many things because the fitting room will not open and there is no plans to reopen it:-(

Hello, I went inside Rainbow on June 2, 2022, between 12:30 and 2. The store was clean and fully stocked. However, I wanted to acknowledge a very pleasant and friendly sales ladies. She was also helpful to every customer she encountered. She was wearing a off white blouse and pants, with glasses and blonde highlights. Thank you for being YOU.

Staff was extremely helpful and store was fully stocked. They always have sales going on and things on clearance that are super cool. The prices are amazing and I will continue to be shopping in store at this location and online as I have for about the last 15 years. Check them out if you've never been there you won't be sorry they have something for everybody.

Awful service. I purchased a pair of sandals and the cashier was very rude. After going home, I noticed the security tag was still on the sandals. Going back up there the next day to get it removed, I asked an employee if she would take the tag off to which she responded “go up front I’m busy.” I then got it removed by the same rude cashier as the day before and all she said to me was “give it here.” I would NOT recommend spending your time or money at this location.
