The employees here are pretty nice and helpful. There is however this old blonde haired manager who is terrible.
I went in with my two kids and she was unprofessional and mean. They wanted birds and she kept scolding them to move and all this stuff. She had an attitude. I wouldn't usually write this but she was terrible. I'll no longer bring my business here because of the choice to have someone like that.
I utterly hate this word, but "Karen" just fits.

Petco has a large variety of pet toys and food. They also have a great rewards program.

Purchased a bag of dog food when I got home and opened it there was a funky odor to the kibble. Brought the item back after discovering the item was expired, the store was incredibly helpful they helped to find a comparable bag of dog food and went above and beyond to make the situation right. Regardless of if it was stocking or issue from their dc they made sure that my pups were ok and got me the food needed for them. I won’t hesitate to come back here

PLEASE PLEASE do not take your dog here to get groomed. Please read all the reviews on Facebook and on here before thinking of taking your pet to get groomed. My dog got a terrible uneven haircut and they try to charge $62 for a horrible cut. The reviews I've read are horrific from hitting the dogs and for letting a dog go and the owner could not find him and how they butcher the dogs hair. Don't put your dog through this and go elsewhere. Petco does notcare. I tried contacting corporate and they do nothing! Never will I go back to this place.
