Absolutely great customer service. Very helpful finding everything I needed for my wheel and tire setup. Even met me on a closed holiday to make sure I got what I needed! 10/10 will recommend to everyone

They have alot of hubcaps & the prices are decent but they don't take credit cards. They are also difficult to find open as their hours on line & on their door state. Took me 4 tries to get what I needed. 3x no answer when you call & no one answers the door. I had to make a time/day arrangement to purchase & when I did arrive there, I had to leave to race to the bank for cash because of the no credit card policy. I had to race because he was leaving really early for the day. You also have to call when outside to get into the building & you're only allowed to step inside the door. Pay cash at the door as there is no counter. The price changed from around $50 to $75 when I got there. Likely not to go there again even though the pricing was good.

This place is great. I get all my car supplies from here, they are so friendly and helpful, anytime I call they are always ready to answer questions and help guide me In the right direction. The building is super clean and bright, they have the best staff in the area.

i do not know why everyone says they are so rude and have bad customer service. Today i went in to see if they had a rim i needed and the secretary Ashley greeted me and made me a cup of coffee (the only thing was they did not have any sugar). Then the salesman which i guess they call him "shorty" came out with a pleasant smile and gave me a handshake and helped me with what i needed. The dealership wanted 600 for the rim and he had it for 75 dollars!!!! WHAT A DEAL!!!!! I will never go anywhere else. Next time please just have some sugar for my coffee.

I went on facebook Marketplace found an add from private seller for used rims and tires was told to go pick up at motor city hub which I did I had an issue with purchase was told I can return for an in store credit with a 20% restocking fee. On used wheels. I would not recommend going here for anything Ever!!!! I talked with salesmen said I should have checked reviews before dealing with them and replied ask me if he cares.
