Insane how they take advantage of you. I was unlucky enough to have my tire hit a pot hole and blow near their service center. So I pulled into their center. I was getting late for work so I figured I’d save time by having them put my spare time on since they can do it in 3-5 minutes while it would’ve taken me more like 20 minutes. I am buying a new tire from Walmart, they are charging $28 to take my old wheel off, remove the tire, put the new tire back on, balance the wheel, and put it back on the car. Meanwhile this ripoff shop charged me $30 just for taking the wheel off and put the spare on. Literally a 3 minute job. They knew I can’t drive anywhere else and won’t call a tow truck for something as simple as wheel, so this shop decided to take advantage of my situation and rip me off. No one can convince me that simply taking a wheel off to put the spare on can ever be a service that costs more than Walmart’s $28 installation price for replacing the entire tire, mounting a new one, balancing it, and putting it back on.

The mechanics seemed concerned about my brake cap being missing. I've taken my car to other places and no one even asked me about it. I believe I got genuine sincerity here. I'll be back.

I have been going to this place for some time. They have serviced multiple of my vehicles. Never have I ever paid $110.00 for a regular oil change. The owner, Sam greeted me and I told him the services I needed. Oil change and windshield wipers. Sam said okay we going to give you the same as last time, he repeated this multiple times, never quoting me a prove. Sam went off to care for another lady and I was left in the hands of the workers, worker 1 ask me if I had any tire lights on, I said no, he proceeded and did not even attempt to check my tires! Worker 2 who was doing the oil change started saying comments under his breath after I asked if checking the tires were part of the service. Such laziness that I have never encountered before. At the end of my service I was required to pay $110.00 for a regular oil change. It’s a basic 2016 Malibu with 37411 miles on it. Does that even makes sense! Sam states I had synthetic oil! Did I need that or did you up charge me because you’re failing in your business. I never received windshield wipers or any customer service. This place has gone down hill! I will NEVER use this place again! If you are a woman do not go to this place they take advantage of women and then demand payment. The laziness of the workers are unmatched! I got robbed by Sam, this tells me he is the type to shake your hand while stealing your wallet right out of your pocket!This further confirms this place is crooked! 5 days later I took my other vehicle to UNCLE ED’S 14 mile and Van Dyke and the oil change was $60 for SYNTHETIC OIL SAME OIL AS MOBILE 1 Express! PLUS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OFF THE CHARTS THE CUSTOMER REP TOLD ME I WAS NOT DUE FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND CONFIRMED THAT I WANTED IT BECAUSE HE DIDN’T WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE I DID NOT NEED!Mobile 1 EXPRESS IS CROOKED AND WILL ROB YOU WHILE SHAKING YOUR HAND! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!Go TO UNCLE ED’S it’s cheaper and customer service is wonderful!Service: Oil change
