The 2020 Escalade (Dark Blue) parked in the front has several issues that potential buyers should be aware of before purchasing the vehicle.

Stopped here on multiple occasions for the "Express Oil Change". Always at full capacity which would be fine if they just noted that on the sign. Instead I get stuck inside bay waiting just to find out they are full. Then I have to wait for them to move cars so I can leave. They were apologetic after I said something, however after multiple times with the same result, I can see they are not fixing the issue. Also just a note, they do not take reservations at all so it's just drive up.

Worst experience at a dealership ever in my life I have been a Chrysler person my entire life only have dealt with their vehicles but as a dealership this is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Had a radio issue on my Chrysler 300 been to this dealership several times in reference to this issue they have replaced the radio twice but still duplicates of the same issue I paid my deductible for a working radio which I never received then go back try to fix the issue but become so fr

Tom, Ahmad, Pepei was awesome! So helpful! Me and my wife got two new car. She was nervous but Tom was very thorough & patient with her and made stuff happen . They sold me a ram 1500. After 3 days the truck started falling apart. And they won’t fix it and I had to put over 1000$ into it within the first month,And it wasn’t everything that needs to be fixed.Also terrible customer service. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from here. The truck came with a bad fuel system clogged radiator, and blown out suspension, and also bad spark plugs and electronic problems. I was told by there technicians that what I’m going through is called there game and I’m in it.
