My girlfriend bought a 2016 Mustang GT in November. She had bought it with a check engine light, and was informed that the check engine light was for the cats being off the car. We had brought a reader while it was not working and the dealership did not have a reader to show us the code. We left and after further inspection, the cats were on and it was a cylinder 8 misfire that we cannot get to the bottom of. They said they did a “full inspection” and now we are stuck with a code that was multiple misfires??? We have taken this car to a dealership and now they are going to have to tear into it and see. Very disappointing. And honestly, saddening we couldn’t trust their word. Would not recommend.

So, my gf's ride broke down and we had some hiccups out of the gate with the tow driver dropping the car here when it was supposed to go somewhere else. Either way, after a few discussions with Paulette and Carly (spelling?) and things got turned around Really quickly. Overall, by the time it was said and done, If i could give more than 5 stars, they'd get it for sure! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Terrible service. They told me my car would be diagnosed within 24-48 hours then when 48 hours were approaching they still haven't had it assigned to a technician. Then they told me that hours that there closed don't count. This place would of kept my car for 5 days for their 48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. They didn't even care. I would recommend any dealership for repairs over this sorry place. I dropped it off on Tuesday morning at 8:30am. I spoke with Paulette Wednesday around 3pm-4pm. She advised me they wouldn't even assign it to a technician till Thursday evening let alone have it diagnosed. That's well over 48 hours just to assign a technician but not according to how Paulettes definition of 48 hours. Paulette did nothing to stop me when I came to pick up my vehicle or even ask if there was something she could do. She just gave me my keys and didn't even say have a nice day. I took my Van to Jim Riehl's this morning at 10am and was out by 11am with a new key fob and I didn't even have to leave my van there. You may or may not be a good dealership but I can tell you for sure that Paulette has absolutely no business being in customer service. She has no idea what customer service is.
