i would give this place one star based on my experience however i’m sure it’s a fine establishment. my issue is with the cashier that made my friend and i feel stupid and shamed for coming in to buy bracelet supplies for taylor swifts eras tour. they stood there and told us that they wanted to “bash their head in” because they couldn’t stand selling any more beads because were all here for the same reason. then told us how they didn’t like taylor swift or her music. they are allowed to have their own opinions, but to say that to someone who is clearly a fan is utterly disrespectful and uncalled for. i was very disgusted by this entire interaction.

Came to pick up a curbside order waited about 10 minutes and no one showed up at my car. I decided to go inside and this messaged was texted to me Michaels: Your Order MIK57881085 has been picked up. We hope to see you again soon.My order was sitting inside the Roseville, MI store. If there's no employee's to walk out curbside orders please don't offer this service to customers.

It's mostly clean but never in stock of anything I need. But over all it's very clan and organized just not in stock with most things or common things.
