This place is not open until 6 on Sunday. Got there and it was closed. Looked at the door and it said they close at 4 today. They need to change their website hours

Dont go to metro i tried to cancel and the kept me on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get me to stay. Then transfered me to the manager who made no sence at all! giberish she spoke. I just wanted to cancel. If u want your phone line lowered call to cancel they will offer u a better deal

I tried to pay my phone bill yesterday as your store hours say you're open until 8pm. I worked until 7pm and got there no later than 7:15 and no one was there and all lights were off. Maybe try updating your store hours so people's time don't get wasted🤷

Whoever you have working today in the afternoon was not in a good mood. I just walked out. Another woman in front of me wasn’t even assisted. I plan to switch phone providers soon.

Came in with my disabled mother to get her a phone upgrade, and John/Jon was Amazing!!! He went through all the best options and related to my mother's needs not only for her communication needs but her health needs as he let her use the private bathroom. Def would recommend this Metro PCS!!!

Jon is amazing!!! He helped me with every problem I had and even got me a brand new upgrade!! I’m loving my new phone!! He helped me set it up and answered any questions I had before leaving! So sweet!!! He really cares and loves what he does!! I will be telling everyone I know to come to this Metro location from now on!! Anyone reading this, go see Jon he is the best in the game! John is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ? he hooked me and my mom up even throwing in free stuff. And I really LOVE my new phone. He took care of us ASAP, great customer service, he even tried going out of his way to get my elderly mother a comfortable chair to rest while he did his thing ?? this is my FOREVER phone store from now on.
