Came in with my disabled mother to get her a phone upgrade, and John/Jon was Amazing!!! He went through all the best options and related to my mother's needs not only for her communication needs but her health needs as he let her use the private bathroom. Def would recommend this Metro PCS!!!

Jon is amazing!!! He helped me with every problem I had and even got me a brand new upgrade!! I’m loving my new phone!! He helped me set it up and answered any questions I had before leaving! So sweet!!! He really cares and loves what he does!! I will be telling everyone I know to come to this Metro location from now on!! Anyone reading this, go see Jon he is the best in the game! John is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ? he hooked me and my mom up even throwing in free stuff. And I really LOVE my new phone. He took care of us ASAP, great customer service, he even tried going out of his way to get my elderly mother a comfortable chair to rest while he did his thing ?? this is my FOREVER phone store from now on. Great service, knowledgeable store personnel, good attitude. The Metro store employees south of 696 on Gratiot should spend a week at this store, and learn how it's done.
