This is not a good place. Tried to scam(overcharge) customers. 25 dollars for any service. I just did it for myself for free on the phone call with a customer support.

Overcharged on my bill, Metro text me a 73.00$ payment due, upon going to the store and paying cash I was charged 77.00$, 4.00$ service fee for paying cash. Paid for extra protection for 2 phones in the middle suggested by Jay, my daughter took both phones into the Metro store and the female clerk only put it on 1 phon.

Best cellular service anywhere. I moved from Macomb County to Toledo & I still only come here or me & my family's service and purchases. Their customer service is almost as good as mine ?

Everything is great just be wary of the insurance. Had a awful time trying to claim a broken phone and was unable to finish the process because assurant website wont accept the pin code for the account. Calling the 1-800 number they provide results in a recorded voice loop telling you to visit their website thus leading you in a pointless circle. I can now see why the people that work for metro are so hesitant to attempt to help you through the process because it is maddening and Assurant offers little to no help but they are however quite willing to take your money.

I, bought my cellphone in for the very first time.The, lady that waited me was courteous.I, used to go to the Eastland Mall location,then it closed permanently.I, will be coming to this location when I need something concerning my cellphone.
