Went in and switched to metro got the Razr flip had it for 1 month and 7 days had insurance but they said insurance did not cover it so it would cost me 200.00 to have it fixed after paying close to 400.00 for the phone and first month they told me to come in and they could lower my plan to 30.00 a month go in to lower my plan now the lowest plan is 45.00 so I paid that to be ahead on my payment now they want another 75.00 to get me a Nokia phone that was used asked if I could have a refund for the month I paid they said no I asked if they could do anything to get my phone that I paid almost 400.00 for that lasted basically 1 mont it was no damage done by me I showed them I was using it just 30 mins before then it turned into now I have a virus but that would not have messed up my screen why would I want to keep doing business with a company that does t want to help me if I could I would have put 0 stars but I will say people that work there are nice they just don't care enough about their customers and that's what keeps their business going

DON'T GO HERE IT'S A RIP OFF. IT'S A NICE STORE CLEAN ORGANIZED THE MAN THAT OWNS IT IS VERY NICE WHILE HE'S RIPPING YOU OFF. I CAME IN WITH MY HANDICAPPED SON I WAS TOLD I HAD TO BUY A NEW PHONE BECAUSE WE COULDN'T TURN MY OLD T-MOBILE PHONE ON IN ORDER TO SWITCH TO KEEP MY NUMBER SO I HAD TO GET A NEW PHONE WITH A NEW NUMBER WHICH MEANS I HAD TO PAY FOR THE PHONE ACCORDING TO THIS GENTLEMAN THEN I GET HOME AND I GET A MESSAGE SAYING THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE YOUR BILL OF $75 IS DUE I ASKED FOR THE $50 PLAN ALL THESE OTHER THINGS HE ADDED ON HIS OWN IT'S A RIP OFF DON'T GO THERE

The guy in that store was horrible. Didn't know nothing about the phone he was selling. Every time I turn around there was an upcharge or something on the phone. Then I asked him a question he'd say I don't know. Horrible service horrible service

I never write bad reviews but this was honestly the worst service ever. The associate was very rude because I declined the screen protector and case. I told him I apologize because I just got my last phone stolen so I just need something temporary and he put my phone in the counter and said whatever I just work on commission... Pretty told me to get out once my phone was done

Great selection of accessories that my preferred Metro PCS store didn't possess...BUT when I tried to return an item I just purchased...and I hadn't even left the parking lot, Moe stated their store/corp. policy was a NO Return policy and refused to reimburse the purchase price...later when reading the receipt I found out that original purchaser had 14 days to return any device or accessory (See attached pic) I would avoid this particular PCS store...Please give a ?if review is helpful to you - thanks.

I went in today to pay my bill and the young man named Jackson was AMAZING! My bill was almost $180 a month and he decided to check my account. Everything seemed correct, and as I was pulling out he flagged me down to tell me he figured out how to get my bill down to only 150 a month. 10 minutes after leaving he called my cell phone and told me my new bill would only be 112 a month from now on! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and he is HANDS DOWN THE BEST METRO ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! This man deserves a raise!!! THANK TOU JACKSON!!!
