I can't even begin to explain how amazing this place is. My boyfriend runs and irrigation company in his compressor went down this morning for no reason. Anybody that knows about irrigation knows that winterizations cannot be done without a compressor. Metro Air was able to get him in and out in a timely fashion the employees Jason and Richard were fantastic they got the compressor up and running and got him back on track. Cannot recommend this place enough the customer service was wonderful and we will only be going here from now on to service our compressor. Thank you Metro Air for doing such a wonderful job. We just opened the doors to our shop (manufacturing) in January and one of the most critical pieces of equipment is a good air compressor. I know nothing about air compressors but I do know that they can be very costly and can break down a lot if not properly maintained. The unit we purchased from Metro Air was used but fit the bill in our price range. Metro Air included a limited warranty which helped us make the decision. We can't afford a breakdown just when we are getting started. Of course, less than a month after install, something happens the compressor is down. We have a stoppage. We were afraid that it would be difficult to get someone out to look/repair it quickly. Nope. Someone from Metro Air was out next day and had the fix in a couple hours. While executing the repair, the tech noticed some hoses should be replaced to ensure good continued operation and said he'd be back around again another time to replace those. Honestly, we didn't expect him to show up again without a phone call from us to follow up. Again, nope. The tech was out today and swapped out the hoses and (something else, IDK) My husband is very impressed with their service and timely responses. Thanks for the great service and helping keep our new business moving forward! (and my husband less stressed) Highly recommended.

OTR guys they open at 7am not the 24hrs listed. The 24hrs is for their emergency technicians, not shipping receiving. A little tight backing in drivers side with another company driveway across from dock. It’s easier to blind side.

Steve R. and all of the Technician at Metro Air Compressor Detroit are knowledgeable and to Quality work. Service and Parts departments are always easy to deal with, and respond Quickly. They have kept this 250HP Sullair Air Compressor serviced and running for over 25 Years or 220,000 hours of straight run time. They do excellent PM service and have parts in stock for your needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my service and parts needs.

We purchased an air-compressor years ago from Metro Air and we have been very pleased with it. Our company decided to purchase a larger air-compressor and as a returning customer we got in touch with Jeff, our sales rep., He was easy to work with. We told him our need for a larger compressor and he found exactly what we looking for. Also, the installers were very efficient and professional with the task at hand of removing the old compressor to installing the new compressor. Thanks Jeff and your team...Job well done.

I have used Metro Air as our Compressed air sales and service company for many years. They have always done a great job. Just took delivery on a couple more compressors through Curt W. In sales. Chad C. In parts is always easy to work with when we need parts. Have had great service experiences with their service techs Joe S. And Steve R. They have helped us out several times on emergency after hours issues. Definitely recommend them as a company and the products they sell. As always it is the people that make a difference. Thanks for the many years of great service Metro Air.

Metro Air is a top notch company! Service is Second to none!Our service tech Joe Starsky is very professional... Always prompt, very easy to talk to. Answers all my questions. Explains in detail everything thing done .. Joe is a asset to our company helping me maintain our compressors.

I have been working with Metro Air Compressor for the past few years. I typically don't write reviews on companies however the customer service I received from Steve Rider was top notch. Steve has been available to assist with issues that come up at anytime. Extremely professional and knowledgeable on all types of compressors. I highly recommend Metro Air Compressor.
