Greeter was very pleasant, that’s what saved saved this trips eating.
Christy, I think her last initial was f, was of as close to no assistance that she could be aside from just walking past as she was doing had I not said anything. I said hello and asked where the Mrs meyers was and she gave me vague answer, “the center aisle.” Could tell she wasn’t gonna be very helpful before asking, by the fact she didn’t even wanna make eye contact or speak as she walked by. Maybe she only does this with black customers.

As usual they have disappointed.
Ordered fruit skewers for my cousin's wedding a week ahead of time and get a call 30 minutes before I'm supposed to pick them up, the day before her wedding, to say that they have 4 of the 60 available.
Thanks for ruining my gift for my cousin's wedding the day before; sending me running all over town trying to fix it. Not to mention when I asked if I could just pick them up tomorrow I was told no because the proper department hadn't been notified and they need 2 days notice...ZERO ATTEPTS MADE TO HELP ME and I do mean ZERO... Well I gave them five days notice and if they ever answered their effing phone I would have been able to get to the right department and got an information but nobody ever answers the phone.

Good store. Friendly staff.. Bought flavored sparkling water with .10 deposit and can't return them there. Told to take somewhere else and return. Once I drop to 2 star rating, I'll go across street and shop at Kroger.
Tried Kroger same time as I usually shop 9am. Meijer usually 2 cashiers. Kroger 5 cashiers and baggers.

The store was easy to find. I knew what I wanted and that was easy to find. The staff was nice. I had to use the restroom when leaving it was fairly clean, 1 of the restroom stalls were out of order. But beside that, it was great. Lastly my son rode on the Mechanical horse in the store near the cash registers and had a great time period it only costs one cent.

I was attempting to return bottles on Tuesday afternoon 5/14/24 and every machine was down. Three other people were also waiting. We went to find a worker for help and was told someone would fix it. 15 minutes later still nothing. Finally, 20 minutes later, someone fixed them and got them going.
This was totally unacceptable and a waste of mine and others time.
