Recently bought a Durango from here and they told me everything was fine with the car, but I took it to the shop two different times for same problem already and I haven’t even had the car for a month after every time Darrell told me the car was fine. Comes to find out that I need a new engine now. And even before I baught the car I was told it was in the shop for over heating, I was all good with that because they said they knew what the problem so I said ok. Once the car was ready I went to pick it up on July 10th and on July 14 I had to take it into the shop where it was originally fixed and Darrell said it was fixed again and then I got it back the following Monday july 22 and then on July 24 it started over heating again. And then I take it to the same shop that fixed it and they tell me I need a new engine. My car has been in the shop longer than I’ve been driving.

I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200s March 18, 2024. May 20, 2024 the car broke down. I had it towed to the shop I was told that the head gasket was cracked and that it was already like that before I purchased the car. Please do not purchase a car from these people.

Worst dealership I ever dealt with don't not buy they do not check their cars and over price them as well they talk up the horrible warrenty and they do not care about customers just their money. I wouldn't even recommend them to Satan!!!

Got my wife’s 2014 Chevy Traverse from here and worked with Brian and Darrell in October 2023 still going strong. Didn’t want to post a review till we made sure everything was good with the car but it’s been reliable and we’ve taken it out of state as well. My credit wasn’t good at all and I didn’t think financing was an option for me. The car we had before was broke down so we basically had no choice but to try and they got us approved. It was a huge stress reliever to be in a bad way then get into something reliable and affordable. If you go in I’d recommend Brian or Darrell to get you into a car but I’m sure their other workers are just as good.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 ⭐️ Thomas who claims to be a “sales manager” is a idiot and has no idea what’s going on in that place nor does he know the inventory. The place is a complete joke and majority of the employees are as well. Apparently no one knows what’s going on and you will get the runaround. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else.

These PPL ARE FRAUD I CAME ALL THE WAY FROM KENTUCKY TO GET A CAR AND BRIAN SOLD IT TO ME WITH DARRYL BEING THE MANAGER. I was on my way back to Kentucky from Michigan this past Monday, May 13, 2024 my ABS traction control lights came on. I took it to a shop here to be serviced upon them trying to service my vehicle. They lifted up and realized that the undercarriage of the vehicle is completely rusted out they deemed my car as unsafe to be on the road. These people put construction foam under my car, these people put a construction screw boat into my car to keep the spring up if you want to see pictures, please go to my page because I posted it. These people are faulty. I’m taking every necessary measurement and step to get them shut down and get my money back. I’ve tried to contact Brian. He contacted me and told me to contact the Darrell because Darrell is the manager. I contacted Darrell. Darrell is not trying to help me. Brian is not trying to help me. They’re being very combative so like I said, I’m taking every necessary measurement and step to get them shut down to get me to sue them And also to bring awareness to them I contacted the BBB complaint. I’ve contacted the lawyer. I’ve contacted the Michigan bar association. I’ve contacted Fox News channel 4 channel 7. We’re going to bring awareness to this. They cannot be out here. Just take people money and give us lemonade cars

??????????????????????????????????This business is all Red flags unless you have money to put in these vehicles and we talking about engine to transmission money off hand everything looks good from a distance but when you have money to give these folks they will make a vehicle sound great for you to sign some papers if I was smarter I wouldn’t dear gave this place a 1$ the owner Darryl do all this calling to say I can get stuff done cheaper when I shouldn’t be paid nothing when I just give up 4500 like they all scams and Brian is fake he started as a good salesman but he wants money what person don’t welp I hope no one get a car from you guys because safety should be a concern first before putting anyone in these auction cars !!!
