This company is a yes man for Right Way. Every single car on this lot is from right way. My car came back with scratches and it was taken for a joy ride and given back worst than the condition it was in STAY AWAY IF RIGHT WAY SEND YOU REQUEST TO GO ELSE WHERE BECAUSE THE DO NOT GET THE JOB DONE.

Friendly and reasonable pricing. They charged me less than what every other shop in my neighborhood was trying to charge me. They changed my front brake pads, and turned my rotors.

If I could give 0 stars I would the customer service is terrible. They called to tell me my car was ready for pickup then the next day, when I was on the way they called back to say it had been stolen off of their lot that has no cameras? They offered no explanation about how or when, offered no solution no apologies for their negligence nothing. After starting a screaming match with me the customer, they threatened to call the police and when I agreed that they should they weirdly seemed to want to back out. Not sure what’s going on with this place but I would never go back or even send my worst enemy here.

Don’t EVER take your car here! My car was towed to them on Tuesday 11/28 for some warranty work. I got a call today 11/30 at 10am saying my car was ready for pickup. I was working so I told them I would be there later. I then got a call at 1:30 pm saying MY CAR WAS STOLEN OFF THEIR LOT!! They have no outside cameras and says they think it was stolen over night. That’s funny because how was my car ready at 10am if it was “stolen” the previous night …. When asked for their insurance information they refused to give it to me and threatened to call the police. The conversation was recorded and reports have been made! Police report says there was no broken glass… so was my car left unlocked????
