I felt very confident going in after talking to the owner on the phone when making the appointment. But I was so disappointed in the cut. If your looking for someone to talk to and don't care about the cut, this is the place to go. Conversation is not what i wanted. I just wanted a skilled person to do an amazing job. And a clean environment. And I received neither. So disappointed.

It was my first time going there the stylist was very nice and I explained what I wanted didn't do anything I asked her to do. First I wanted my whole head hair dyed and yet I got highlights second I wanted my hair cut to my armpits she cut up to my shoulders and third I said I wanted a straight cut no layers and repeated that as to why she kept asking me if I wanted them and yet didn't listen to anything and put layers in my hair. Paid over 200 for something I didn't even want. I will never go back.

Seems like the quality and vibe of this salon has gone down since I had been there about 6 years ago. Maybe I just went in an off day. I wasn't happy with my basic haircut. It wasn't what I asked for. It was an okay haircut though. The hairstylist told me that there was barely anyone working there anymore. She said there was a small handful of stylists to choose from. It sounded like there were only a couple girls that were there full time.

I was taken in early for my appointment. The service was great. I had not had a pedicure in a long time, so my feet needed attention. She took her time and did a wonderful job. The atmosphere is good and it is very clean. I also want to note that they sterilize the nail equipment.
