This pharmacy has its ups and downs. One person will tell you a date you can get your meds another says you can't get them on that date. Makes it very difficult. I think his name is Mike.. he is always great to help figure out what's right or wrong. Normally they can get your meds done between 15 mins to 2 hours.. I do get text notifications when they are ready.

I went on the toy shop and they scammed me at least I had a lucky coin but that coin was Chinese and they gave it back to me and they waited everybody knows that so if you're reading this please do not even think about shopping there OK and I think the The toys or even evil to buy I think they just you know scammed all of us so don't even let any of your kids buy from the toy shop mine didn't like it at all and I think they just wanna scam to get all your money you know they want to get connected to your house and doesn't want to get your money so don't buy them ever I wouldn't level to get my level even if they help me get my money to them I want andHold up before I say this nails service is terrible wait that was a typo or is it nails but is there services who is it it's like if you even had a kid do that they would get there on like all the cords scaled for some money from adults what do you want that I wouldn't so thank you for winning my stuff if I could give them your stories I would and I did so I called them -1 starsAnd I hope you learn something for my dinner for my demonstration sorry about that other typo for your support OLIvIA signing out get around

The two times I've been to this pharmacy, the pharmacist was very friendly and helpful. He can't be the same "small man" that other reviews mention. I haven't encountered that man yet.

You have to wait at least for 15 minutes before they answer the phone. They are 4 days behind on prescriptions. The techs look tierd and ready to flee.Horrible service.

If y'all don't like the damn store don't shop. Coming from an employee we are doing the best we can with short staff and the very few people that we do have. If y'all don't like the long lines or how things are ran, then shop somewhere else or apply for a job here. We are doing what we can with who we got as employees. This Kroger all around together is like a family. We work with each other and do what we can to provide you the customers. We work hard and long exhausting hours to just serve you the public, so bare with us when we're short staffed or when the service desk is closed we're doing what we can. Don't like it apply for a job to help the short staffed or shop elsewhere tired of you lazy a** people not wanting yo work but yet feel "entitled" to complain and be a "Karen". Be grateful that we're here to serve you the public or shop elsewhere. Thank you for coming to my review! I love this store, the employees are amazing and everyone is just so nice! Love this Kroger!

Austin was so sweet and funny! He did both of my Covid shots and made the experience a breeze. Everyone there were kind and a pleasure to chat with.

To say the check our ladies I went to, to inquire about cigars were acting rude to me is a very weak way to describe how badly I was treated... First off I go to the tobacco counter just to be told by the cashier and even the customer in front of me that she was closed (and that man, who was last to be politely waited on by her, goes jeering that he wanted a star for that) but I told her I was interested in seeing and pricing the cigars back there and I'd have one if her fellow workers help me, seeing as how she couldn't... Of which I step over to the self check out to find the lady there was just as antsy and impatient with me as there were no other customers to wait on, and the machines weren't busy, but she had a hard time locating what I was trying to point her way to even screaming at me as I merely wanted to quickly point out the cigar I was interested in while maintaining my social distance... In short, I hope my future visits to this store, as I have made many, not to mention actual PURCHASES that I have made in the past, will go more smoothly! -- Dave

Recently I called this Kroger pharmacy to ask whether you had a particular medicine in stock, I was told you did but only had 50 and I could only get a weeks supply. I came to the store with my prescription and the Tech told me that I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes, so I walked around the store and did a little shopping. When I returned to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, I was then told by the pharmacist that I couldn't get a weeks supply because he only had the 50 and those were for his customers only. I left pretty upset because I was told that I could get a weeks supply, and I came all that way and wasted all that time to then be told that I couldn't get it. Because I called and was told that I could get it I believe the pharmacist should have been courteous and given me the weeks supply.
