I was super excited when I got my email about the 50% off sale this week on the Fenty products by Rihanna. When I arrived you could barely find any products marked at %50 off! All I saw was some lip gloss and a tiny tub of lipstick a couple of Sephora makeup items and the rest looked like sample items. I was so very disappointed in this so called sale at this location never again.

Kohl's confirmed my online order and took my money. For one of the items, they shipped me ladies boots instead of kids shoes. They told me the kids shoes were out of stock, yet, when I looked online the same shoe in a different color was available by ship to store. They insistent not to honor my order. The whole interaction was handled unprofessionally and without satisfaction. I am closing my account and plan to take my business elsewhere where they treat their customers with honesty and respect.

I used to love going to this store but the last 4 months I have felt like I’m walking into a thrift store with way too much stock. The women’s section is full of in organized clearance, if you do a pick up or return the ladies are very slow and almost as if they don’t want to help. The mess in this section is unbelievable not to mention personal drinks up on the shelves behind them against the returns wall. It just seems to be getting worse.
