I came to Kevin's to change my center stone on my ring. With the great customer service they have they helped me choose the perfect stone. When my ring was ready they called me and made me so excited with their excitement on how it came out. When I picked it up, they were right. My ring looks like a band new ring. It is beautiful.

I went into this Jewlery store excited to pick out a gold ring! As I was looking at the rings and asking pricing, I mentioned how one of the rings that he presented was out of budget. The gentleman got immediately aggressive and went on about how much time it takes to make a good ring. However you can clearly tell that the ring was a used ring that he bought off of someone because they do buy used Jewlery there. I went across the street and got a BRAND NEW RING with a diamond in it and more gold weight for $200 cheaper. Needless to say I will not be coming back here ever. The place across the street will always have my business. Thanks for reading!

I was looking to get my grandchildren their first piece of jewelry. The service was excellent. I was treated as if I was family. I ordered a pandora necklace and charm and everything was out of stock. The young lady asked if she could text me the choices. I thought that was awesome and above regular service.
