The cashiers were very friendly and the place was clean. That is the only reason there are two stars. When I was ready to checkout, the internet was not working properly and kept voiding my purchase. After 5 or 6 attempts, I eventually had to pay in cash. The next day I notice that those voided attempts did eventually hit my card. When I called the store they did admit that it was a huge mistake and would fix it. After several more days and no money returned I call the store again. This time I'm met with a very unprofessional woman who at first said I accused me of lying. She said that could not happen and that the system would not allow it. She was excessively rude and condescending...it was astounding. Eventually she sees the error but, offers no apology for the insult. She then assures me the large sum of money is on its way. 10 days later still no money. I was finally put in contact with the district manager Alexis Carriceau who says she'll look into this. Then informs me that the refund was done improperly and my money will be returned in 3 to 5 business days. 10 days later I called and I cannot reach Alexis Carriceau, AT ALL. I keep getting the run around by the staff and no returned phone calls. I try every day for 3 days and finally receive a text from Alexis Carriceau that states 'She refunded the money and I better check with my bank.' The next day I call the bank and they inform me the Intimate Ideas refund was not returned. I spend several more days trying to track down the "hard working and elusive" Alexis Carriceau. I eventually track her down at the Roseville store and she assures me the money was sent. She agrees to look at it again and tells me once again they made a mistake. This goes on for another month. Alexis Carriceau eventually tells me that they do not know how to do the refund because they use Chime credit card readers and are notfamilar that system and customer service has very long wait times. I loved the irony! She asks me if I would be willing to take store credit. I am over the top upset. It is to much money to be taking store credit. At this point reluctantly agree because I'm absolutely over it. Alexis Carriceau assures me that I would still be getting the 2 discounts I qualify for (military 30% and new customer 10%).She tells me a note has been posted to inform all the emloyees of the situation. I am in a wheelchair but a few weeks later I'm able to make it to the store and the staff has any idea what I'm talking about and there's that was promised. Getting there was very difficult due to my condition and far away from home. I have Alexis Carriceau's phone number and call her least 5 times while at the store, no answer. Then my calls start going straight to voice mail. The clerk tries to contact her and she answer their call and informs them I do have credit but to deny my discount. I refuse to take any store credit and leave absolutely livid. Then spent last several days trying to contact the "hard working and elusive" Alexis Carriceau. Again not getting a response from her or any of the upper management at Intimate Ideas about the fraud and theft that they committed. I was doing her a favor and after wasting so much of my time she decides to stick me one more time. I will be filling a police report concerning the fraud and theft committed by intimate ideas and Alexis Carriceau. I will update this post as it unfolds.

Amazing how comfortable the atmosphere is here. Especially when purchasing such erotic items. Asking for assistance I was treated with extremely patience as I tried to explain my umm lets say kinks. Was treated like I asked for a soda. So relieved. It's a must stop and see. You will learn a lot about your desires and can act on them.

Way over priced just for a enhancer pill that cost 9.99 plus tax at a gas station or cirillas vs 14.99 plus tax for the same exact thing. Your staff is rude and unprofessional. The cashier was talking to a another employee and as I approached she acted like I ruined her whole conversation. I wokt be taking my business here and will be referring my friends else where.

Great place to purchase adult toys etc. Great gift items for Bachelorette and bachelor parties or any adult party or for just the two or three of you or for self pleasure they have it all . the staff is very friendly too !
