“I was up there earlier today, and this store was pretty awesome. John and Jay both immediately acknowledged me when I came in, and let me know I'd be helped soon, despite both helping other customers. I worked with John and he was amazing at answering my questions, relating to my issues with the service, and telling me exactly what I needed to do to accomplish what I was attempting to do. I got my new phone, my questions answered about switching over a second phone, and left extremely satisfied. Definitely go here over the location on Harper and 11 Mile, it's worth it.”
“The employees were very helpful courteous and knowledgeable of all the products that they carry. I believe my customer service representatives name was tiara. She seemed like she might be a little bit new but she KNEW what she was talking about. If she didn't know what she was talking about she was able to find the answer independently. She fixed my watch5 in just a few minutes. Then I switch to conversation to Verizon internet and she was able to tell me that it's in the area but it is not yet up in Alpena Michigan where I live.”
