  That was the worst experience ever. The website was horrible and it forced me to have to call in. I got transferred to so many departments and still did not get my issue resolved.

  I took my computer into the geek squad last year because of a Trojan warning. The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and able to explain to me (a person who is not techno-savey) what was going on.I think only on one of my visits to Best Buy did they not have what I was looking for.
