“Pretty cool spot, have lots of interesting things to purchase. Store can be a bit hard to shop tho as it feels out of order, and stickers make it hard to read spines.
Employees are nice and knowledgeable. Stop once a month to see new stock of used product.”

“Best Buy truly lives up to its name. The prices are excellent and there’s name brands to choose from. Best Buy stands behind its product and makes sure you’re satisfied with your purchase . I was recently at the Novi store to pick up an order. when I arrived I was told my order was cancelled and refunded because it was no longer available although distraught and disappointed I tried not to show my frustration to the cashier. So I asked to speak with the manager Bob.

“This is a good store if the line is starting to get long one of the other employees will stop what they are doing and open a register to speed things up. The pizza was actually good here too. The employees were nice and even with a line they didn't make me feel rushed while I was paying.”

There are times I've come in there for a few things & know I'm forgetting something & one of their staff reminds me what it is, because they have taken the time to get to know their customers. “I went in today to pay my bill and the young man named Jackson was AMAZING! My bill was almost $180 a month and he decided to check my account. Everything seemed correct, and as I was pulling out he flagged me down to tell me he figured out how to get my bill down to only 150 a month. 10 minutes after leaving he called my cell phone and told me my new bill would only be 112 a month from now on! He went ABOVE AND BEYOND and he is HANDS DOWN THE BEST METRO ASSOCIATE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! This man deserves a raise!!! THANK TOU JACKSON!!!”
“The employees were very helpful courteous and knowledgeable of all the products that they carry. I believe my customer service representatives name was tiara. She seemed like she might be a little bit new but she KNEW what she was talking about. If she didn't know what she was talking about she was able to find the answer independently. She fixed my watch5 in just a few minutes. Then I switch to conversation to Verizon internet and she was able to tell me that it's in the area but it is not yet up in Alpena Michigan where I live.”

“I love this location. They have egg rolls, and they have prime energy drinks. The selection of food is pretty good, they have most roller items and have the general 7/11 menu for the case and the back cooler. They also have a floor cooler filled with ice cream.This is a great location, thanks for still carrying the egg rolls :3”
