Terrible service. First time in there and I needed a stocking stitched, they said it would take over 2 months which I was fine with. I was being very nice and friendly despite how rude the man who was “helping me” was. I asked to change something before I walked out and the man was clearly annoyed slammed the box back down and was so rude I was left speechless. I should have right then and there took my business elsewhere. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day. Fast forward 2 months later and when I picked up my stocking, the name was clearly off center and looked nothing like I had asked for. I made it clear I wanted large letters and I got tiny and off center. For people that stitch for a living my mind was blown. I got the same rude man again and when asked for a refund was not given an apology or anything of the sort. Just super rude. Such unprofessional behavior. I can’t believe I waited 2 months and got such a terrible result. I’m not a picky person and this is my first ever BAD review. I just want to warn anyone to avoid this place because you will walk out having a way worse day then when you walked in.

Nothing like this place as far as goods go. Reminded friend at ICCC that if I get a car ever again it would be so KIA Sportage or another spiry utility type. I support the big 3 as always but my life philosophy is in health, fitness and physical we'll being that may include vitamins, healthy meals and team centered events or play.

Went here to get our daughter a varsity jacket for swim. They were very helpful, nice and the price was great. Will be going back next year for our sons jacket for football when he starts the season.
