This places is not good. I went to get a covid test. The man at the drive through window saud you know now what to to do .I always want gudancre to ensure I don't do it wrong. I would not get my covid test there again avoid this place if you can.

CVS in Roseville M! Is horrible. They stole 12 of my pills that I counted with my daughter. They actual said it was impossible to do it and they checked the videos. I'm am beyond disgusted with this store and the rude head pharmacist. I'm taking legal action against them. Be careful if you go there. Make sure you count your pills b4 you leave. And they close early but they take a break every day and completely shut down.

My mom had been going here for years and they've messed up her amount several times where there's 1 or 2 missing. This time there was a total of 12 of her pills missing and the pharmacist was really rude and would not belive my mom at all. My mom doesn't lie and she wouldn't call if it wasn't too bad. When she did call they were very rude and unprofessional. This whole place needs new management.

Be careful going to this CVS, the red hired manager is under investigation for fraud. It's possible she's stealing money transfers.

Store hours are not posted on door, nor do they appear to match the Google business listing hours. Stopped at store at 9:10pm Tues Aug 15th, '23 and doors were closed.

Mr. Terrance working in the Pharmacy has a poor attitude. I would not feel comfortable interacting with him on even a semi-regular basis. Impatient, and unnecessarily rude during our 45 second transaction today.

Location for pharmacy is hit or miss. Since closing of 13 Harper store business was transferred here. Drive thru middle aged woman was extremely rude to me asked question if another script got filled. She replied she didn’t know because she needed a computer. She refused to walk away and check. People show up wanting to be treated with dignity and respect. If you’re looking for good service this isn’t the place. I called manager Doug to explain and he said he’s never had anyone go in such detail and not get his words in. He’s a joke like his staff. Online reviews show over and over older clerk in drive thru being rude. It’s obviously allowed by management. 10 minutes after this experience I transferred out of this RUDE establishment and Meijer can get the thousands that are spent for medical/prescription care. Doug, stop lying you don’t get complaints. Yelp is full of them. And by the way he stated he didn’t care about reviews so please leave them. His attitude reflects why people are not impressed with the location. CVS you can and SHOULD do better. Bring back Laura from 13 & Harper. Now that was a good location.

COVID testing when you say 1 to 2 days you should be able to stick to it your messing with people lives. I do not appreciate the fact that a day after I took the test I get a text stating it could be 1 to 2 more days.

So I will write the review again since it was deleted. I scheduled a covid test appointment at 9 am for a appointment time at 3:30 pm. Filled out all the info needed to get the test done. I get drive all the way there only to be told that I have to reschedule due to something about the insurance not going through, and while other drivers are there pulling up being able to get their test done!!!! I have insurance for sure but whatever the issue was the nurse working today could not tell me exactly what. In between 9 am and my appointment time I was never notified of any issue. I would of canceled or rescheduled the appoint before I drove all the way there, orrrrrrrrr I could of had what ever the issue was ( if there really was one) solved so that the test could be done... I mean it only makes sense. So I rescheduled at a different location because this place is terrible!! only to be told by the new location that I could of got the test done because the test gets completed first before a claim is even filed. If I could I would give these people 0 stars. Just go to a different location the reviews are 2 point something that says it all.
