This location typically has what I'm looking for. When I need things in bulk, this is my go to place. The selection on staples is great, and every day items are fairly priced. The employees are always friendly, and I'm always amazed by the speed of checkout there.

Ok let me start by saying I love Costco products. What I can't stand is the store, people, parking lot etc. You show your membership card to get in, then when you go to check out they check your card again, and then you scan your card at the register. I asked why and the person responded we are stopping people from card sharing. Listen Costco I am buying a few groceries and toilet paper please just chill and stop this madness! We aren't trying to do anything but purchase your products but I get you need to have this power trip! Therefore when my membership expires I will purchase my T.P. elsewhere.

hands-down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a tire shop! Employees here are the best! Kind courteous understanding and really really helpful! Well done Costco you got it right by hiring your employees in the tire center. I almost forgot to mention how fast the services! Will definitely be coming back for any repairs or new sets!

I was desperate for some country ribs. Went to Costco and there were none in the cold case. Asked an employee if there was any chance to get some - he immediately went in the meat department and made me two packages of country ribs. Outstanding service by Joe Primavera. Customer service is alive and well at the Roseville Costco.

It's employees that's been there 5-20 years and still don't know about CUSTOMER SERVICE! ONE OF THE WROST COSTCO EVER! When it comes to instant cart orders they are very rude also, they really need to get on they're staff about being rude to customers or they can just retire because they are stuck I. They're old ways, they need to adjust or just quit. Treating customers bad is terrible.

I would love to give this place 5 stars, but reality is that it deserves only 4. There are occasional times where something I buy from the store doesn't meet expectations or some other small issue. Overall it is a great place but once in a while something happens that prevents it from getting 5 stars in my opinion.

Micah and crew were amazing, polite and prompt. They had helpful attitudes even though I ordered the wrong tires at first. By far one of the best experiences I've had.

I was in dire need of muffins for a student council fundraiser and they denied me!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Costco can not be trusted and I would 0/10 not recommend!!!!!!! However supervisor Tammy was extremely helpful and she deserves a raise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’d Give them zero starts if I could! Mail in my back tire and I’m losing pressure. It’s a Sunday so NOWHERE is open to plug a tire with the exception of Costco, Sams and Firestone.I called five times and no one would pick up so I called trying to talk to someone in administrative services. Guy finally picks up and tries to put me thru. Just goes back to ringing from hold. Hung up and called back to admin services and lady picks up…she doesn’t get that I dont want to drive there if they can’t get me in. I don’t have a ride so sitting there for three hours isn’t an option. No one ever picks up.I drive there and park, walk up to the open bay door and ask the bearded guy if there was any chance of getting a tire plugged…if you want to leave it I can prob get to it in a few hours. Just what I was afraid of …I told him if he would have picked up the phone on any of the five times I called he could have saved me a kinda dangerous trip!

Started off great, soon as they picked up I was placed on hold for ten mins. Then they came back to the phone & placed me back on hold for more time.. I stated this would be my first time coming to a costcos. John booked my appointment gave me my price i thought I was all set.. however, a friend of mine mentioned I may need a membership to receive services..so I called back to confirm, John says"we won't be able to service you" I inform him, this information would've been nice to know at the beginning of our interaction. He replies blankly, and dry as if he could careless. "OK" is all he says smh. No apologies, no explanation on the policy nothing. But you were so chatty when I initially made my appointment. Customer service is everything, but there's was lacking empathy. and some accountability would've been a better, more professional way to handle the matter John. Not once did he mention a membership, if I had one, or anything close to it. I'm sure Costco would rather there employee's offer or suggest a membership, rather than turning away potential members. But John probably doesn't know any better... i would've been really upset to drive all the way up there and find this information out, when he should've mentioned this to me initially when I called about my tires & receiving service... you're an employee of Costco's so you'd know the rules and regulations, however like I stated I never had been to Costco's so I wouldn't know & Him never asking me if I was one was faulty in his end, just assuming and setting me up was a rush job. Costco lost out on a potential member , I more than likely would've signed up for one still if he had offered it. But there loss!

Rudest optical staff ever!! Thought I could come here for a lower price, but when they called my usual eye doctors office, they were just ungodly rude to that staff over the phone. I was embarrassed that were asking for something on my behalf! I've been going to America's Best for years, and I'm RUNNING back because I just found out they price match anyway! I'll be sure to apologize to Americas Best staff on Costco's behalf!!

I would give this place a 4-5 star but I had a rather off putting experience recently. My family have been long term members of Costco. I personally do not have a membership but occasionally pick up food at the food court for my family, this used to be able to be done without a membership. Apparently there has been a change in policy where a membership is required to use the food court. Rather than logically notifying me there was a recent change in policy the greeter was very sour and belittled me for not being aware. When I asked when this change was put into place she gave a half baked answer "ever since Covid" very vague and that could be considered 2+ years ago at this point, where I had just used the food court 2 weeks prior no issues. I really really am disappointed as I did like this store, had the representative been accommodating and non aggressively conveyed the information to me I likely would have purchased a membership on the spot and started to frequent the store more often. I have been considering a membership here for myself but due to this experience I have decided to go with sams club for now. The reviews about the employees being rude to customers are very true and of all people the biggest #%^% in the store is the first person you are met with? Costco can certainly do better. I gave a 2 star because Costco still has the potential to earn my business in the future, only if sams club fails me though.
