This bank has been going down hill for years! Hours are getting shorter and shorter. Closing at 4pm every week day is ridiculous! Not one day open till at least 5 or 6pm to accommodate people that work a full day is unacceptable. Then don't get me started on the ATM'S that are always down or won't give you more than $600 at times. If your not going to be open or have good ATM's and want to charge us $3 for using other banks ATM's then we should be credited for at least $3 every time we drive to your bank and the ATM is down or wont give us the amount we want. I've withdrawn $2000 in the past from the ATM and now it wants to limit me to $600. I might as well bank somewhere else or withdrawal most of my money every week so I have access to it when I need it since we can no longer rely on Citizens.

THIS BANK IS THE MOST GHETTO. Drive up ATM is barely functional; rarely can deposit cash through it. I've been banking here since I was a teenager; I'm in my 30's now and AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THINGS HAVE TURNED OUT IN ROSEVILLE AND AT THIS BANK LOCATION. Do better, all! What a terrible, scary feeling being a customer here ..

People are blocking the drive thru ATM and just sitting there smoking. It’s pretty ridiculous. Can’t even pull up to use it. Have to use the one outside. Will be making a complaint with Citizens.

There atm messed up, didn't give me my money..but showed it took from my account...went inside showed them said my money should be back Monday they have been having problems with the atm. Its been a week my money has not been returned. Im very confused how a bank can wrongfully take someone's money and then take there time giving it back!! So wrong! They should have had it back same day! So disappointing! And don't expect a call back and any help there is none and people to pass along your complaints, which im sure go no where considering i haven't heard back from anyone!

The staff is friendly, but inefficient. Forget about calling, you'll never get an answer. I went into the branch to open 2 business savings & checking accounts (4 accounts total). The printed information says no minimum amount to open a checking account, but I was told a minimum of $100, which wasn't a problem...just conflicting information. 2hrs later, they only opened 2 business checking accounts. I had a cashier's check payable to my business that I wanted deposited into a savings. Somehow there was an "error" in opening the saving account, so she asked if I wanted it deposited to the checking. No, I don't want it in the checking, I'm opening business accounts for specific reasons. She said she'd figure out the problem and call me the next day. I never got a call, nor was there a savings account opened. 2hrs to open 2 checking accounts???

Citizens banks are rip ?. I deposited my money at the drive thru ATM and the machine took my money but didn't credit my account so, I contacted the rep inside she told me that they can't do anything about it and that I have to call the number on the back of the card so I did explained what happened and he said 3 business days.... nothing happened in 3 business days and now they're saying 7 days....7 days and now they're saying 10 business days....COME ON GET IT TOGETHER...IF YOU CAN DEPOSIT your money INSIDE

Hire some help; One worker, working each window with a total of 2 tellers is unacceptable on a saturday morning. Seems to be a common issue in earlier complaints. When will something be done?

Staff is friendly but the fact that they only have one teller on a Friday working the front and drive up is terrible. Wait time is rediculous.
