The banker we spoke with provided completely incorrect information. She claimed that there would be no way to avoid monthly fees on our account (it was formerly a student account), and we were figuring out another bank to switch over to for this exact reason. When we further asked for advice regarding which credit card to open, the representative said to "look online, you have your phones don't you?" She was unable to provide any advice on which credit card(s) would best suit our needs. Thankfully, when we went to another branch, a teller explained to us that we could avoid monthly fees, and directed us to a far more pleasant and helpful banker who provided us with the correct information.

I've came into this Bank two or three weeks in a row there's never employees here to do the banking I need done this is ridiculous you should always have staff on hand to handle whatever needs a customer needs

Super understaffed, not sure if it was just an odd staffing day or staffing issues. Which I get it can’t always be helped. I waited an hour for a simple task changing currency. For you military folks text book “hurry up and wait” experience. A few people walked out, granted there were a few elderly folks that had issues with technology. My issue isn’t just the wait.. I was told last minute that I was in the wrong line after asking before hand and accommodated me versus having 2 people who came after me… experience was an inconvenience.

This is by far the worst bank ever. Let’s be real clear I’ve never set foot in this establishment but they let someone impersonate me an open an account with out my permission. Never once was I called or given the opportunity to deny an account being opened after a stranger added herself to my original accounts. This person was able to withdraw money from my bank account. No one at this location knows protocol and doesn’t know banking standards. I will be taking legal action to get this branch closed.

Was in the drive thru & being helped by employee, she was very polite & nice. She did help us, but one thing, she kept asking how much she was depositing & giving cash back? It was as if she didn't understand how to take & input a check for $1000. And give back $500. And so, therefore deposit was $500. I'm not sure, said employee, knew how to do that today..everything else was awesum.. Quick moving lines. ATM. In working condition. I really Luv this bank.

If you value yourself, your money, or your time.. Do NOT.. I repeat DO NOT.. use Chase as your banking outlet. The ATMs are always down and their banking hours are downputting towards the working man. Everyone is sitting out here in 90-degree weather 10 cars deep for 40m just to get to their money/deposit paychecks. Chase just wants to control your money.

One of the ladies at this bank offered completely incorrect information in regards to our account. Such that, we were about to close the account. We went to another Chase branch to do just that soon after, where the bank (teller, mind you) rectified the misinformation this branch had claimed. The solution was a very easy fix, so I am surprised that the person we spoke to at this branch did not state it once during our 15-20 minute conversation. Had we listened to the misleading "advice" offered, we would've had to end our banking at Chase and transfer the funds elsewhere. Moreover, this particular bank representative behaved condescendingly and her unprofessional behavior, while not outright offensive, was still distasteful enough for me to mention. Indeed, this was the icing on this cake. The other Chase bank was much more polite and helpful, so there are alternatives to this appalling branch!

I have been a Customer for over 35yrs. Same Bank. ATM Machines seem to have ALOT of Issues. Put a little money out and get new machines for Good Customer Service. And also Hire some Help inside the Bank!

I have visited this branch twice. Both times there were employees doing nothing, just greeting while customers waited. Both times I was directed to an ATM which would not work as I was banking for someone else. Never visit this branch. EVER. 13/harper is much more friendly.

Jennifer Budd was amazing! She taught me and my dad lots of new things! She was very friendly and offered great service! The whole staff was great! The first teller and the lady by the door! All just amazing staff and I’m greatly appreciated for their help.
