Recently came in to the Macomb Mall location and realized they switched everything up never had such a hard time finding a shoe what a strange way to set everything up seems like they have way more clothing racks than shoe racks terrible setup I won't be returning

Trash store. Customer service was terrible, bought a pair of shoes for my 5 year old. Shoes began peeling at the seams after 2 weeks. Seems like a qualifying control issue. I was looking for either full or partial refund to purchase a different shoe. I was told “I can’t do nuttin “… After calling corporate I was told it’s up to the store manager maybe try a different store.. I spent 90 dollars in a pair of shoes that lasted 2 weeks… and no help… way to keep your customers coming back… I would never shop here or any other champs again.

They had a decent, but extremely limited amount of apparel available. They seem to only showcase the absolute most expensive items. The staff was nice, and were very helpful, but if you're looking for anything other than a standing shoe, or a running shoe, at peak pricing, go elsewhere. I don't recommend this place, to be honest.Update, visited this place today, what an improvement. I was helped immediately, they had a much larger selection, and the prices were on point. I'm taking this review from 3 stars to 5 stars. What a difference in the entire experience! I would, based on my new experiences today completely recommend this place, if anything, at least trying out the updated selection. The only thing I don't like, is the fact that some things seem to be intentionally not price labeled, in order to get you to converse in a sales conversation. But, it is after all a brick and mortar in sales.

It’s weds 7-12-23 at 5:45The staff you have working here needs to find another job. There was one friendly female working. The rest are rude and have 0 communication or customer service skills.Won’t be back. Horrible!But I guess Macomb mall has a lot of foot traffic. Could tell by me being the only person in the store. They were so busy communicating amongst themselves and on the phone not a single person asked if I needed assistance. So I approached the counter and had to say excuse me a couple of time as she couldn’t hear me due to the convo she was having in her air pods.

I don't recommend this place, to be honest, walk across the isle to shoe carnival, and enjoy the huge selection to choose from. They had the same shoes I almost bought from champs, for 42.00 cheaper.
