More than 5 years and the customer service and quality has went down. Every time I obtain a service from this salon and the head male or owner does my services he ALWAYS short changes / RUSH JOB ME !!!!! I just got my nails done yesterday and it looks like I had them done for weeks and I explained to him that day that he always rushed me. Yeah yeah prove me right. He used no products on my manicure or pedicure. The water was cold and I still have dried dead skin on my toes. I’m just really done with this salon to spend SO MUCH MONEY and receive horrible services I Want a REFUND!!!

The lady I was asked to sit in front of broke my nail (literally had my nail bleeding). All I wanted was a fill! I didn't even allow her to finish. I was SO disappointed. I will NOT be a returning customer. I see why the women in my family stopped going.

I didn't realize I left my review on my other account and this is the account that I'm trying to get A higher level on so I'm going to leave another review but pretty much the same thing I said in my last review. I went like last Friday or so because I hadn't got my nails done in a long time and my man offered Jo. I figured why not. I wasn't sure what exactly I wanted to get and the guy who did my nails was really open with helping me pick out something cute to get. All I knew is I wanted coffin shaped nails and a cute color so I picked a cute sparkly purple color and the coffin shaped nails and I think they look pretty cute. I've got a lot of compliments on them. The only negative is since I haven't had nails in a long time getting used to having them and trying to do things with them has been a little bit of a challenge but I'm okay with it but now I think I'm addicted to getting my nails done all the time again LOL

I came for a gel refill and shelac on Wednesday. It wasn't busy I got in quickly. My thumb nail on my left hand tip chipped on Thursday evening. I called Friday to arrange for a replacement. I was asked when I could come in. I told the male on the phone that I got off work at 3:30 pm. He said I'd have to wait that the technician had an appt. I arrived about 3:40 pm. The male asked the technician to complete the nail repair. She acted like she didn't remember me initially then went into defense mode stating that she did a refill and that it was not her problem. That she did not do the whole nail. I feel she was very rude. How was it not your fault, my nail tip broke after you filed them, did a refill, more filing, and a polish. How dare you blame the customer for your incompetence? I asked the nail tech for her name as she continued to say. My nail problem was not her problem. She refused. I wish I could post a photo of the dimpled nail polish, polish on the side of my thumb and dried blood where she snatched part of my nail off as she half made her repair.
She is the older lady who sits on the right side behind the male/ manager ?

Walked in for a pedi. The Nail tech tried to sell me shellac. When I refused. She just did a terrible job with the polish. I didn't see her use a top coat. She only used 1 coat of polish. She said it was just the polish. When I complained they offered to put another coat on top. Pedi was $32 and I gave a $5 tip. If I hadn't used cash I'd be stopping my payment.

I asked for French tips and a heart on my nails and she sad no it’s money so I just pick something basic all pink nails with a heart on the ring finger and I got this she was rude and she filed my nail so hard my nails were hurting this is the wort experience

I came there asking for a design this lady said she could do it, then f it up then I spoke up and said we can try something different simpilar and she said she could do it, then messed up THAT design and put clear coat and said I needed to pay I was so upset bcs the nails are so bumpy and not the design I wanted NEVER COME HERE

In this post covid area, it's seems like prices went up, product, quality and service has gone down. You use to be able to go to a place get service and enjoy it, now it rushed, have done and polish although being up sold as shellac it doesn't last. They don't even turn on the massage portion in the chair. The cost of increase in products is being given to the customers and the services are weak and watered down.

The prices are different every time, and the quality went WAY down. This tech charged $18 more than the last, exact same service. Last time much cheaper and well done. This time, more expensive for a hack job. Two days later the polish started chipping. I was charged for shellac and clearly shellac was not used. The posted price was $13 less and I did not have any extra services. VERY disappointed. I've been going there long enough that I am the last person this should have happened too. So I’ve been going here for a couple years and the last three times I went I’ve got the same exact things done. Shellac on my hands and regular on my feet. I don’t get any acrylic nails nothing like that just my regular nails but the prices were different. It doesn’t make any sense usually it’s $55-60 today it was $67. Needless to say I won’t be going back, PS I always tip at least nine bucks. I wasn’t even in there for an hour.Services: Pedicure
