Stay away from doing any business with this place. The owner, Patrick, is a lier and a con artist who does BAD business and does NOT keep his word. He ripped off a good friend of mine. There are much more reputable places in the area to do business with. BEWARE!

Be very aware when doing business with the owner of this company, Patrick. He has come up with every excuse in the book to not pay me for a mural on his business wall when all was done as instructed. I even went out and made changes for free (,changes that he never specified in the first place, and I could've legally charged more for). He still has yet to pay me the remaining balance owed. I have documentation to support everything and will gladly update my review when he pays his balance owed!..
Update to response: The quote of $350 was given for the size he first told me. When I got there, the size was significantly bigger, I told him the price would be $500 instead, and he agreed to it. Also, when he mentions "graffiti".... I signed my name to the mural (which most artists do), and he didn't want my name on it. I went back and removed my name and corrected all the requested. Very dishonest person to do business with, which many of his reviews portray.

Absolutely HORRID experience. My husband dropped my vehicle off to have a strut replaced. Quoted $300. They call an hour later with a new quote for $2300. Then said my husband needed to come up there and be shown everything, then hung up on him. He arrived and found all four wheels off the car, brakes taken apart, things they had zero need or reason to touch in order to access or repair the strut. The brakes were fine when dropped off beyond needing new pads which we do ourselves. My husband told them absolutely not, put the wheels back on and we will take it home. The man, I believe his name is George but could be wrong, then started tying and throwing out other numbers, finally asking my husband how much he wanted to pay. We said MAX $600. To include welding the strut tower and replacing the strut. This was agreed upon and we left.
The next day, a totally different shop calls us and says they have my car ready to weld but it’ll be $1200 JUST for the welding as now apparently the frame, subframe, and multiple other things are broken which were NOT damaged at drop off. We said absolutely not and we want the car brought either back to the shop we dropped it at or to our home and that we wouldn’t be paying to have it brought back as we aren’t the ones who had it towed somewhere completely different. We had no clue where it was and they wouldn’t tell us their location. They said they’d tow it to our house and have it there by 6:00. We wait, and wait, and wait and it never shows.
The next morning, I called police intending to report it stolen after calling Brake Tech multiple times with no answer and leaving voicemails. Police said they can’t (won’t) help until it’s been longer. So my husband drove to the other two Brake Tech shops and finally found my car way out at 14 and Van Dyke, in the back of a lot surrounded by junk cars. He then drove back to this location to confront George and get them to return my car. George first tried to jump in his car and leave, my husband had to park behind him to prevent him running away. He then shoved a business card for the other location in his hand and said “call them, they’ve got it and it’s on them.” My husband said absolutely no, this isn’t on them. I gave my car to THIS shop to get repairs done at the agreed upon $600 and YOU chose to tow it miles away where it’ll cost me several hundred to have it flatbedded home. Then George starts about how he can’t let us have it back if it’s not drivable, which is not only theft, but also was another clue of how badly he’d damaged my car. After my husband told him he’d just have police come and handle the stolen car, George finally called the other shop and that shop then told my husband they’d tow it to our house but only if we paid the tow bill, and as a “courtesy” wouldn’t charge us the $600!!!!! to disassemble and then reassemble the car TWICE!! Finally assured it’s on its way home, my husband comes home and we again wait for the tow truck, which finally arrives hours later…empty. The Van Dyke location told them they were picking up at our house, not dropping off. Thankfully the driver wasn’t a scamming scumbag crook like everyone else here, and went and got my car and finally brought it home.
When dropped off, it could be driven but a rear rim was scraping a strut tower due to the bad strut. Upon return, the wheel well was sitting firmly on the tire itself. The frame was indeed snapped in multiple places. The brakes were completely gone, pedal to the floor did nothing. George had said the master cylinder should be replaced and it appears he made sure it would need replaced. They totaled my car. When trying to scam me for more and more money didn’t work, then they tried to refuse to return my car, and when called out on that, they returned my car FAR worse than it was when given to them.
I will be seeking resolution via the court system as this is absolutely atrocious for a business to do to someone. Stay FAR AWAY from these scumbags!!

Absolutely, don't waste your time going here, had my brakes & drums & rotors replaced & still having issues. They say they guarantee their work, yet I can't get them to come fix the issue.

The brothers that work there were great they helped me out with my brakes. I called and I didn't even have an appointment and they were able to get me in and they helped me out in their honest and they work with me show me what was wrong and gave me the option to get it done they even took my breaks apart right in front of me and gave me an estimate and told me both sides or one and gave me honest answers. For being a girl even though I know what I was talking about they were pretty awesome guys. 5 stars oh they also have 3 locations and they come to you for a very small fee if needed. Brad and Jeff you were a lifesavers. Thank you

I called ahead and they picked up, even though it was a Saturday morning, and said they definitely could get me in. Showed up and they immediately took my car in to get looked at. They have a small waiting area inside the gas station next door and it took about 20 minutes for them to diagnose and fix my problem. Apparently I was just really low on brake fluid. They had topped me off already and told me I was all good to go. So glad my brakes are working! Thanks Elijah and Christian, excellent and friendly customer service!
