Excellent service. I had new tires put on my car, and they were quick and efficient and honored my reservation. They seemed to be very busy the whole time I was there, so I recommend making an appointment. Great job guys!!

I’m an energy person! Initially I didn’t like the energy of the guy that greeted me! But I pushed through that being professional. However the other guy Randall energy was great he was very communicative even told me that my car didn’t need a part that another shop told me I needed. Just want to say I appreciate that because he could have easily left the part on there and not said a word! Thank you for your honesty and great customer service! I will definitely return to this location!

Jeff was beyond disrespectful. When asked to check the vehicle again because they already serviced it and the my check engine light was still on, he refused to do so. Paid over $600.00 and my car is still not fixed. The manager had to step in and apologize for Jeff’s behavior because he was so disrespectful.

Bought tires here about 2 months ago and spent 42.75 extra for road hazards. Go in today as my tire was flat and they want me to drop the car off and leave it because they might be able to get it by the end of the day.
It doesn't take that long to repair a tire. And when you have three sales guys sitting in an almost empty showroom. That is nonsense every employee there should know how to do that. And at 43 bucks a tire and to wait 8 hours was a waste of my money.
I know for a fact it takes less than 20 minutes to take a tire off and patch it.
This was the first time and last time I spend my money at Bell Tire.
The last few sets I bought and I have three cars I bought at Walmart and when I got a flat they had my truck in there in 20 minutes.
I understand you have other costumers but when your sales guys are doing nothing.
The funny part is when I was in there buying my tires your sales guys were great and my tires got put on in about an hour, now that I spent the big money you don't want to support the product I already paid for.

I got such excellent service by the Assistant manager (Jeff Bayones) he treated me like family. Very nice person and very helpful, this is my first visit to this place but this visit makes me very satisfied and happy for the service i got at this place because of Mr. Jeff
I highly recommend , if you need perfect service then you go and see them. The service is awesome and done fast and perfect.
I give them 5 stars and thank you again for the great service.

I came to Belle tire to get a front realignment. It took a little minute for them to get me in there, but I can say they were getting cars in and out so fast and the work that they was doing had every bay filled. My front end alignment is on point with a year warranty for 145, other places I asked to do a front and alignment they were talking crazy numbers. I fully appreciate Bill tire they did excellent work five stars.

I got such excellent service by the manager Kevin K. He literally treated me like family.
I highly recommend if you need service that you go and see them. Their service makes other facilities work harder to give that type of service.

I came to this location after Discount Tire disappointed me trying to sell me other things. Instead of just checking my tire for a screw.I drove to Belle Tire to have my car dropped off. They called me later and told me the screw was removed and patched up. No charge. Thank you Belle Tire.

DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM BELLE TIRE! If you have a a Costco or Sam membership, you are better off purchasing where there is loyalty for purchasing. I needed a nail out of my tire of which all 4 were purchased from Belle Tire in GP. I thought maybe going to different location would net a better experience however I was horribly wrong. I was told today that they could not take a nail out my tire b/c they are all loaded with tire jobs. Belle Tire is a horrible company with no customer loyalty. I will continue to write and share reviews about their horrible business practices since the amount most customers spend is over $200 each visit. Stay clear of Belle Tire it will take months to get tires rotated or aligned and the warranty loses its effectiveness b/c this is what they want to happen so any additional costs you have to incur and lose the warranty protection. They are horrible and they create a systemic practice that costs their customers hundreds of dollars and time.
