Best ever! My car was old and not worth putting a lot of money into. Chris worked with me to create a solution that fit that situation. There were complications, corrosion to remove a front main seal, but American stuck with their original quote despite it taking more man hours. These are good people.

I got my transmission fixed at this place last year and my transmission is completely out now. When they fixed my car it drove worse than it did before I took it to them. If you care anything about you car do not take it to this place. I am filling a lawsuits and will work day and night to get this place shut down. Read the reviews before you take your car here as I didn’t.

I was impressed with their turnaround time with fixing my transmission Tops 1week or less! However, just as a suggestion I would have liked more clear communication on pricing prior to the work being performed. There is a $800 diagnostic fee that goes toward your repair cost and after you pay that fee you are told the total balance! I love I have a 2 year warranty, I wasn't charged a credit card fee on my last transaction THANKS, again Chris I definitely recommend American Transmission!

My sincere apologies for the review below, however, Chris is a fraud. If it was not for his beautiful wife and her unborn child. Words can not declare. The following review has been recanted Chris, Chris, Chris is the BEST. He NOT ONLY listened to the description of the issue with no interruption. I can be long winded. He took time out of his busy day to double check the work, shape it up and have it purring like a kitten in no time.

Took my 2003 GMC Envoy in for transmission fluid and filter change,vehicle has almost 245000 miles on it. They test drove it and dropped the pan and found burned fluid. Chris showed me everything and we discussed options. He did his best to keep the cost down and came up with a reasonable price. Very helpful and open about what was needed. Very happy with the service and would use them again. Liked all of the staff.

Leaving two stars this time because of the outcome of our relationship. (It was 1 star previously) I literally almost had a stroke after I decided to hire American Transmission. I’m a local and always try to support local business. Unfortunately American Transmission Doesn’t feel the same way about their neighbors. They definitely took me on a run for my money but thanks to the unmatched professionalism from the Peace Officers at the Roseville Police Department, the hard work and due diligence performed by the Secretary of State investigation and after many sleepless nights and hours of study from my self, everything worked out for the best!!! Nice doing business with you.
It is from information and belief that a lot of these positive reviews here are from American Transmission posing as individuals.

I appreciate Mr. Chris. He corrected my pump issue and saved my wallet. Very reasonable and professional. I just sent my truck (my second vehicle) to him and will write to express the out come of the transmission repair. Either way, I do know my vehicle is in good hands with Mr. Chris. Thanks Chris

We had a MINI COOPER CONVERTIBLE we couldn’t drive all summer because even our local Mini Cooper repair shop couldn’t fix it! Chris diagnosed the issue and fixed it- ALL at our home, in our driveway!
I can’t say how grateful we are for his dedication and impeccable service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Chris will definitely be our GO-TO mobile repair guy as long as he continues this service!

I had American transmission and Roseville put a transmission in my 2002 Chrysler Sebring and it purrs like a kitten. I would recommend this place give them an overall 1 to 10 I give them a 10.

American Transmission really took care of me. The staff was totally understanding of my concerns. They fixed my car in a timely manner and helped me however they could. Bill, Gail Chris and Cassie were the best. Very professional and yet personable. Oh on top of that they do good work. I truly feel like family. Thank you American Transmission.

Kerrell Johnson is a fake post never has he done business with or at American transmissions website do not talk to customers through messenger none of his pictures make sense. And as of Ron Dewey we went to court he did need a transmission but had a prier electrical issue car didn't start when it arrived to us at American transmissions so upon customer request we did the transmission car still didn't start we sent it to the dealership to have it inspected and was told they have never seen anything like it that it may have been struck by lightning we went to court upon the issue last week and the case was thrown out due to lack of evidence and the judge said that the gentleman was in the wrong for saying we didn't do our job correctly if anyone knows anything about vehicles the pictures that he had posted proved us and our theory correct 💯 that we weren't at fault were sorry for the whole ordeal but we did everything we could to help the gentlemen..
