The reason they sell appliances so inexpensive is because they're getting the duds low rated ones from the manufacturers. How would a 3 year old washer already be having major problems? I'm already looking at having to buy another washer because they sell junk. I won't be coming back here.

Your 43" doesn't work unless you giggle the cord. Says it works and then wants a $150 restocking fee for a Lemon TV in the first place. Your a bunch of low lifes that found a way to screw the customer that come to buy from you. And 43" is all they offered. Everything was over that to choose from. Get bankrupt already.

Purchased a refrigerator on January 17 2024 it has already broken down, called the service company they had to order the part waiting for the parts BUT it’s brand new and already having problems will not be purchasing anything from abc warehouse

Called, and the salesman told me he would call back but never did. Very poor website...
Needs drastically improved website design and is not user-friendly.
My feedback to this stores manager...
Either train your sales staff or fire them...
Cause no one is going to come into a store where the salesman is not willing to help

I needed a new refrigerator ASAP and caĺled ABC Warehouse in Roseville. Nathaniel Platt answered all of my questions and gave me a good deal on the refrigerator of my choice.
The very next day it was delivered and the old one was hauled away. I highly recommend Nathaniel if you need new appliances!

Had a great experience with Zach while getting new appliances for our kitchen! He was very knowledgeable and went over all the options. I also liked how he was not pushy. 10/10 recommend seeing him if you need anything!

Unprofessional. Thought I was making the right move but I didn’t . Took $2000 of my money only to deliver half my order and say I don’t know when the rest will be in . I was not notified at all. All they saying is they can refund me my money smh . I will never do business with them again . I expected this from Detroit .

Went there on 2/10/24 (13 Mile & Little Mack Roseville), female that assisted me smelled like alcohol. I asked for the manager (young white male), and he was high as a kite. I did tell him she was drunk, and he denied it completely. They kept giving me wrong prices, and won't even offer free delivery, unless I spent $900 on my dryer. I ended up going two buildings over and buying one.

I purchased my first stove in the 80's from ABC Warehouse. And purchase products every since. In 2017 I purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer. I paid extra for warranties on both. This warranty if not used gives you credit on the purchase of items from the store. I went there Saturday and was told I was one day late and I couldn't use the $190.00 credit. Because I could not find my receipt. And when asked if they could print it for me, since they are looking at it from their computer. I was told they couldn't. Sure you could. The manager on staff was completely un-interested. There were barely any customers in the store. Kind of know why now. And I will add I just purchase a new stove and refrigerator last year from ABC. I just wanted to spend more money in their store. Needless to say, I will never step foot in another ABC Warehouse again .

Purchased a LEMON Speedqueen washer. In my 4th repair in less than 2 years. ABC Manager & Warranty do not advocate for their customers.Say they could get fired if they go up against SpeedQueen. Loyalty Service Assistance =ZERO!!!!!
