My son and I just left this 711 on Masonic in Roseville on 1/10/2025 and the employee named Altaff was the most rude, down right MEAN cashier I ever dealt with in my life! I have been a daily 711 customer for years ! He’s the manager and it’s really sad that the speedway at 13 & little Mack which speedway is now owned by 711, they are all highly aware of the mistreatment at their 711 Masonic location. 711 corporate should be on their JOB making sure Altaff abides with 711 rewards and specials and stops yelling and refusing service to people! He treated everyone in the store disgusting! 3 men walked out that were in line before my son and I . Altaff refused to honor a pizza and Doritos promo and overcharged us $7’s. I had already ran my card before I noticed and Altaff said he can charge what he wants to, it’s his store . I said I would not be back …. He said he didn’t care because he would never go out of business! lol ! The reputation he has and his mouth will eventually put that store under ! SAD !

I didn't have good experience before but tried again today. I would never step foot in there again. The guy working just wasn't helpful. I customer came in and was more helpful than the person working. I ran in to play lottery and he act like he didn't know how to do it. Customer stepped in to talk the employee through it.

The clerk or whomever worked the shift on 4/19/2023 @ 8:05pm was completely rude and ignorant at best. Learn how to speak to customers in a way you want to be spoken to.
