I changed my review! What a joke. Only open between 6 and 8 hours per day. They don't open till after my shift starts. They can't even honor the age old tradition of being open 24/7. What do those idiots expect when they only pay $13.50 per hour while speedway offers $16 per hour and BP offers $15. Nobody wants to work for your joke wages. Just close the store so it can eventually become a cellphone store or a check cashing place

After being turned away from 3 other local 7-Eleven stores for Veterans Day freebies, most of the workers said no one informed them of event, so did the employee of this store, but as I was leaving he called me back and said, hey I know what I said but let me give you a Hot Dog for your service and you were the only Vet that ask for the freebie. Thanks!

Clean store. Friendly staff. It would be nice to see hours of operation be more consistent but I do understand why they have to close early sometimes

If I could give zero Stars I would place always smells like Bo then at 5:30 in the morning a couple weeks ago I locked my keys in the car after I went in and purchase something and the guy wouldnt let me use a phone to call for somebody to bring me my spare had to walk a mile up the road in a snow storm I will never go back to this 711 again and I made sure to tell everyone I know..yes it was my fault I locked the keys on but come on I even offered to give him the phone number and he could put it on speaker and I won't even have to touch the phone I just needed to make a 10-second call I was a emergency plenty of other 7-Elevens around don't need to go to this dirty stinky one good luck

I wanted a simple $2.00 cash back and the cashier put his hand over the system and erased it and said we don't have $20.00 assuming that's what I wanted. So I canceled and said ring me up again, he then bypassed the next cash back option, I immediately tried to cancel the transaction but it ended up going through. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me in cash, but then told me to never come back! I frequent here and am a former employee of a different 7 eleven and I know he cannot deny me cash back even if it was $20.00. The cashier, in any fashion, should not be putting his hand over my transaction unless I need assistance.

This store is absolutely disgusting. The floor is so nasty my shoe literally got stuck and came off… clearly there is pop split on the floor and instead of getting a mop and cleaning it up they just put a caution wet sign…. The laziness shows as soon as you walk in…. Do better and you may actually have some business.

The clerk was rude and I am a cashier myself so I'm aware of hardship and job expectations in this career. The man on Sunday May 15th at 12:47 pm was the worst cashier I ever dealt with. I'm pregnant and was attempting to do several things on my way to run errands. I wanted to buy a bottle water with my bridge card. purchase a hot dog with my cash app. And ask for change for a 20 so I can catch the bus to my next errand. The man over charged me 80 cents I let that go but I mentioned that his prices listed we very different than what he's ringing up. As I was trying to tell him I wanted to buy a hot dog with my cash app and I needed change for a 20 he yelled at me waiving his hand in my face. No change! Totally out of line and uncalled for. My husband seen this and told him we weren't being rude and he shouldn't be. I said nevermind everything else I'll just buy the water with cash to get change and take my business elsewhere so Subway it is. As a loyal customer I should be able to get change for a 20 and decent encounters with associates. And if not the change at least don't yell at me for asking. I was polite willing to pay for what I wanted and overpaid for water to get change and disrespected simultaneously. NEVER going to this location again. On Harper and Masonic in St. Clair shores they are waaay nicer in 7/11.

Employee at checkout kept staring at my fiancé's ring throughout the whole time we were in the store. Then proceeded to stare out the window at our dog in our car while ignoring us waiting. And then didn't take his eyes off the card while I tried to input my pin, and the card reader is laying flat so the numbers are visible to him. Plenty of other convenience stores near here to easily avoid this location.

Dirtiest 7-Eleven of all time, it's beyond ridiculous! Everytime I visit this location, it is completely filthy. Not sure why the staff never clean up or throw out expired snacks.
