This unfortunate mistake of a business should not even exist! Today was the last straw. I stopped in to use the ATM and purchase snacks. I was greeted by a female employee name Blase who scored -50 on any kind of customer service scale. She was nasty, rude, insulting and combative when I asked a simple question. She should be fired immediately! I have been a customer at this location for 5 years and enjoyed my visits when the Asian Indian family owned it. Evidently it has been sold in the past 6 months. It's dirty, poorly stocked the 13 Mile entrance has been either broken or locked for months. The clerks are either rude or are busy yelling into their cell phone and ignoring customers. Evidently the owners could care less about customer service. I've continued to visit because the location is so darn convenient for me. But no more...I'm done. I'll go to Speedway and bad mouth 7-11 EVERY OPPORTUNITY I GET!

store been closed for the last 2 days. They have new employees every week. There is absolutely no way to call the store. What is the issue. Also always have homeless people posted up heavy around the store.

Sometimes things aren't stocked, staff eats all the egg rolls, and the Credit/Debit card reader is always down.
Now currently half of everything is stocked, but they put in the place of regular stock less popular product. How do you not have Sweet tea or monster rehab? How is this location getting worse??? Go to Kelly and Masonic, hella better!!!

I changed my review! What a joke. Only open between 6 and 8 hours per day. They don't open till after my shift starts. They can't even honor the age old tradition of being open 24/7. What do those idiots expect when they only pay $13.50 per hour while speedway offers $16 per hour and BP offers $15. Nobody wants to work for your joke wages. Just close the store so it can eventually become a cellphone store or a check cashing place

After being turned away from 3 other local 7-Eleven stores for Veterans Day freebies, most of the workers said no one informed them of event, so did the employee of this store, but as I was leaving he called me back and said, hey I know what I said but let me give you a Hot Dog for your service and you were the only Vet that ask for the freebie. Thanks!

Don't like. Rude and slow the guy who sits there from 3am to 7. After few times knocking on door he finally said store closed until 7 am.Also if y'all not open 24 hours please put up the correct hours!
