Last time I was in the cooler was broken. There were a stack of eggs in the cooler and I informed the clerk about this. His reply was disheartening. He didn't care.Today I asked if the cooler was up and running because it wasn't last time. He asked why did I care, I wasn't buying anything from it! I said "Because last time I got a warm drink and you had eggs laying on the floor in that same cooler. He told me to go home and get lost. I informed him people could get Bacheloism, that they could get very sick and end up in the hospital. The result of me caring was getting kicked out of the store. This is ridiculous, don't do business here.

Literally the store it was disgusting Slurpee from one end of it to the other can somebody please mop my shoes might still be stuck to the floor by the Slurpee machine! please check!

If you’re black stay out of Seven Eleven especially the one on 12 mile Rd and Grossbeck the Indian woman working on Saturdays has made it abundantly clear that she does not like serving African Americans and would prefer if we didn’t frequent their establishment!

Disgusting! If you eat pastries from here STOP ?! This is like the 4th time I've been here at night and their pastries are on the floor waiting to be put in the glass cabinet. It's not sealed and tonight there was an empty box thrown ontop... Just careless. Literally as if they are serving you garbage.. and ontop of everything these look molded ?

The older Indian woman whom is the cashier for the dayshift is very rude and running pants I even personally was a witness to her calling a teenage black boy a thief when in reality he had done nothing wrong. It’s her 7-Eleven anything in the day it is what it is but I miss the days of when we all treated each other like Americans and not the opposite nowadays. She is what’s going wrong with this store almost every time I stop in. Their Slurpee machines are pretty good at always being up and running, so that’s always a plus.
