The ladies are cool in the morning. Coffee is fresh and ladies are friendly. Miss the older lady in the food part.

I probably won't be going back here again as the staff interrupted my desire to go inside for a coffee and something for breakfast. I wanted to throw a small bag of garbage into the container, but I was not allowed to do so. It's terrible, I haven't had such a situation in other cities. I do not recommend this gas station.

The manager is very disrespectful and the employees are inappropriate I would highly recommend not stopping by this establishment and that's sad to say when my family has been customers for over 20 years and in the past few years based off management here the story has become an unsanitary disturbing place to stop

Had a almost flat tire but the cashier couldn't give me $2 in quarters for the tire machine. Boss said not to is what I was told. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't spend no more money there.

I was in there today on my way to Lansing from the Yoop. (Upper Peninsula of Michigan) Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, well stocked. Full, made to order, sandwich station. Fresh baked cookies, hot to go items! Happy we took the Rosebush exit to the Shell! Will be back... anytime I'm past there. Which might be a while. lol

This gas station lost our business for good. Religiously one of the cheapest places for gas on our route, but because we can't handle the rudeness on a daily basis, we will not be back. Tried to bring in bottles a few days ago, now since covid they scaled back the bottle returns. Only between 1 and 6pm and only $5/person. Now I carpool everyday with a friend to Mount Pleasant. Between the two of us we had under $10 but I couldn't cash my cans in because we rode in the same car together and they wouldn't take them. You see we would stop at that store everyday either on our way home or on our way into Mount Pleasant. One day we stopped and a customer brought a puppy into the store (where fresh food is cooked at their Deli). The manager of the store jumped from behind the counter with a line of customers waiting to be cashed out. Now she's doting over the puppy getting kisses and proceeds to take a stick of jerky off the counter opens it and starts giving it to the puppy. All this time the line is getting longer and she returned to her position without washing her hands and then joked with the store about writing off the dog treat. They are always hiring, because they can't people. Every one of their employees is beyond rude. I could easily go on, I will let go from here.

I started off as a customer the Shell station in Rosebush Mi an the employees are great an really nice. They work really hard to keep that store running but then I started working there...I was there 1year and 5 monrhs an well let me tell you. All I learn there was there's really really bad management between the two bosses. I will never work for that company again because of them nor will I get gas an anything for there again.
