“DJ's automotive center was amazing. They did a diagnosis on my vehicle and discovered that my battery was the issue I was having. They charged the battery, and everything was fine. They didn't charge me for the diagnosis or charging the battery. Pretty nice people.”

“Got me in straightaway, found more than one object that was causing my tire to lose air. I asked questions about a couple of my other tires , and the guys were very helpful. I ended up buying a couple of new tires, and they got the job done in no time at all. This is my place for tires from here on.”
“My bf went to Auto Lab in Mt Pleasant and they recharged his AC and charged him for 2 lbs. AC wasn’t running cold, just cool. They told him the compressor clutch was going, and that his headlight wasn’t working because the wire had been clipped before they got it. Well he zip-tied the connection to the headlight, so he knew it was connected when they got it.
Fast forward a day and his buddy recommended Jim’s Body Shop. He took him in on a Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. AC wasn’t fully charged and was missing an orifice. Jim fixed it thoroughly and washed the condenser. Knew what he was doing and was fantastic to work with. Thanks Jim!”

This was one of the BEST customer service experiences we have ever had (on a Sunday , no less!) “When you call for parts on a custom built truck and there is no year, make or model for them to tap, tap, tap into their computer they still know how to find the parts you need. Other box stores have no clue how to find what your looking for.”

“Had my truck in a few weeks ago for a oil change and tire rotation and asked them to take a look at the rear brakes while they had the tires off as I could feel a slight vibration from them when stepping on the brake pedal. Turns out I needed new rear brake pads and rotors, they were able to do the job at that time and had me in and out in a few hours. I felt that the cost to do the entire job was more than fair.
These guys are good people and honest, it's good to still have this kind of shop around. Honest and fair.

“The most clean and organized junk yard I've ever been to! My son found used car parts here for a fraction of price of other dealers around. They offered to test the parts before he bought them as well. The guys who work here all greeted us and were always nice and willing to help. very fast services they knew exactly where everything was located and if needed to pull off a car they did it fast. “Very friendly place. Easy to talk to and schedule an appointment. I dropped my Jeep off and took a walk around the area. Figuring I still had time to kill I went back to wait in the waiting area. “Took my vehicle in for the check engine light their was evp leak in the fuel system had purge value replaced then next day the light came back on the service team had me come right in and same code they took back in to shop at the end of the day was told the fuel line had been pinched and had a cut in it. The team was so helpful. My vehicle had been worked on at multiple places and no one could figure it out. I am so thankful to the service team you have made a life time customer!!!”
