I worked with Jason over the phone to discuss a viewing time on a 2019 jeep wrangler. He made sure to do as much as he could over the phone so that it wouldn’t take as long at the dealership. He answered ALL my questions to the point where all I really had to do the day of is test drive the car and sign the check! I called on a Thursdays and he had the car saved for me on Monday all ready to go. He made the process extremely simple. While at the dealer, the car was clean and right out front. He had me test drive it on fast paced roses for almost 30 minutes so I really got a chance to see how it runs. We then got the paperwork all done. He had my plates already off my old car and the plates ready on the new one. He even helped move stuff from my old car to my new one. He made the experience personal and professional. If I am ever in the area and need a new car - hopefully not for years and years but I will definitely be looking at don nester!

I had a great experience buying a car from Don Nester in Roscommon. I never felt pushed or pressured. Both Nate, my salesman and Bobby, the finance manager, were very easy to work with and genuinely wanted to help me get into the car I wanted. Even after purchasing the vehicle and realizing 2 days later that something didn't seem right on the brakes, Nate spoke to his team and got me back in to take care of the issue at no cost to me. Would definitely recommend buying from them.

Everyone was so nice. I needed to get my transmission fluid checked, so I decided to also get an oil change. They have a very welcoming and comfy waiting room as well.Thank you Nesters.

I bought 12 cars and trucks from this dealership always phenomenal service and a great body shop and service department, Edward, jasmine And the service manager, Russ. and the parts,manager, Keith, who always gets me what I need. Especially when there was a battery shortage.

While on a road trip, my truck broke down. They were able to get me in the next business day. They were able to diagnose the issue but had to order the part (ECM).I called more than I wanted to, in an effort to see what was wrong with the truck and when we could direct to be on the road again. Ed answered the phone most of the time, and was always very pleasant and gave updates when he could.Not thrilled about breaking down in the middle of a road trip, but very fortunate Don Nester could help us.

My husband and I live over an hour away and had problems with our 2013 Silverado while we were visiting family at Higgins Lake. This was August 2022. The truck was towed to Nesters Roscommon as they were the closest dealership. They diagnosed it and replaced the front sway links, bushings, outer tie rods, front brake pads, rear shoes, and hardware, machined the rotors and drums, both front bearings, performed a front end alignment, and an oil change. Three months later the truck went into our local dealership and they cited faulty workmanship as the reason why our breaks were sticking and cleaned them before re-installing them. Two months after that, the truck was back at our local dealership to have the bearing replaced. At that time, we found out that the oil and filter were the only gm parts that Nesters had used and that all of the other parts were aftermarket. Since the bearing was aftermarket, the warranty did not include labor and we were forced to pay out of pocket for a new one to be installed. One month later and now the other bearing is howling. We will never return to Nesters.

I recently traveled from Wisconsin with my wife to purchase a vehicle from Don Nester Auto and the experience was beyond disappointing. The description of the vehicle was not accurate (cruise malfunction, wipers not operational, and missing a passenger seat belt). They graciously knocked off $400 and I was off back to WI.Roughly 30-45 minutes the check engine light came on. The dealer had already closed, leaving little options.The next day I received a diagnostic test and the repairs came out to $2800 including the PCM.I asked the dealer to at least assist with the PCM, and I would gladly cover the other repairs. There was zero compliance.As a Veteran I was hoping for some integrity. Unfortunately, that is finite at Don Nester Auto.

Bought a used vehicle as is which I understand what that is but it broke down before i even left the parking lot after i was told they inspected it as it states on carfax report...Salesman offers to have vehicle fixed and delivered to me as i live over a hr away...I agree and ask if they can give me a ESTAMENT on break repairs since it was already in shop...they agree and 5 hrs later i get a call saying they fixed brakes and i owe them $400...I say i just asked for ESTAMENT not repair and Bob says sorry my bad...He then proceeds to make it sound if i dont pay I dont get truck back..I pay reluctantly and they deliver truck but driver leaves plow a half inch from ground and grinds plow on pavement all the way to my house grinding down plow and tore up my asphalt driveway leaving deep grooves...To add insult to injury my $400 brake job still leaves my brakes spongy and leaking fluid from the left front...Still have not gotten return phone call or a returned email...Thanks for Nothing Bob
