10 years ago, they were a good company. Now, countless times in the last few years, I've been left in the cold outside the airport waiting on a ride for well over 30 minutes. I'm currently sitting in a line of about 40 cars deep trying to leave their lot. they process one every few minutes and only have 2 of their 5 lines open accepting payments. They increase prices tremendously, and the quality of their service is absolutely terrible. The prices are no longer reasonable and NOT worth it. GO ELSEWHERE.

After our flight was delayed more than two hours due to DTW power outage on Nov. 5, we were relieved to see the US Park shuttle ready and waiting after midnight. Driver Sharon was very diligent about getting us right in front of our car and when we discovered we had left a phone on the seat, dispatch got ahold of her immediately and we were able to pick it up minutes later. The dispatcher reminded us to use AAA which we would have forgotten about due to the stress of the moment. Every employee was courteous and it was very convenient. Much less expensive than parking at the airport.

I'm an avid Yelp reviewer and I rarely give a 5 star review, with that being stated..My mom left her phone on the shuttle 10-27-22 4am so I called and our recent driver Rhonda answered (THANK Goodness)! She offered to go back to the drop off station at the airport so I can get my mom's cell phone so we can make it on time for the flight. Please recognize the good service that she gave us and let her know that we (my Mom and I) appreciated her going the extra mile (no pun intended) for us.

I always park here. Nice facility and great customer service. There is always a Karen who doesn't want to follow the rules. The purpose of standing by your vehicle is so they will know where to drop you off when you return. Some time it late and you forget where you park. Just don't jump on bus and say I am few cars down. They need to start dropping them off where they pick them up from. I bet a freezing cold rain will fix that.

I have used US park for years and years. Last week I went on vacation, left my car there for 7 days . Came back to my car and on the hood someone scratched F... You in large letters. I called the manager, she was not very helpful and had an attitude like she did not care ...told me it's like leaving my care at the mall.. but I thought to my self. I don't pay 100 dallors at the mall parking lot...get some security guards

I had a coupon for $9 a day parking. When I went to use it they said it was now $10. It had not expired, I posted this on Facebook and another person said the same thing happened to them. This is false advertising! I will not be using their service again.

I Have used US Park for at least 15 years. Their service has taken a steep decline over the past year and I have cut them some slack due to the pandemic. Yesterday is the LAST time that I will ever use them. It took me two hours to get a shuttle to my car last night. There were literally hundreds of people waiting for the US Park shuttle at the Delta terminal. They had two rotating shuttles while every other parking company had four -five shuttles in a constant flow. I along with many others tried to call US Park. They claimed that they had 6 or 7 shuttles operating and that traffic was bad around the airport. It was a complete lie. People around me were calling Uber to get to theirs cars. Luckily I made friends and we all agreed to have one driver from each group hop on a bus and then go back to get the rest of our passengers. It's unacceptable. And to add salt to the wound, I printed a coupon for $11 parking on 4/6/22. When I went to pay, I was told that they raised the prices and that my coupon was no longer valid. The clerk said that the prices changed 04/01/22 but that the website hadn't been updated yet.

There must be shuttle issues or a lack of drivers. A shuttle came every 32 minutes. Go somewhere else and on top of that the people are so rude. Quick park is much better. The owner wrote back even before I got a shuttle. It's been 49 minutes now Since we have been standing here there have been 6 quick park shuttles pass us

Use to love this place, always fast and convenient. Over the last few months it's so slow, they don't have enough drivers. I've sat in the rain for 39mins today and was running late for my flight. It's not worth the hassle. I have waited to be picked up at the terminal for 45 mins some times. Avoid this place for a while until they figure out life.

My go to for parking when flying out of DTW. Sometimes it can take a little a while to get a shuttle but never long enough to be upset or late. It's affordable and the staff is friendly. They also have a reward program that you can earn a free day and also discounts for teachers if you can show your badge.

Very reliable, love the system! We'll organized, the lady drivers that I've experienced has always been nice! There is a tip spot so bring cash and tip them :)always feel safe parking here! When they dropped us off to pick up our car they make sure our car starts up as well which is so comforting. I highly recommend this place because it's gated as well! If you want to save book online and print all the pages. I hope US parkway continues to strive and be kind like how they've been. Used them about 10 times already. Also my parents used them when we were little too.

Waited 20 minutes for shuttle to pick us up at airport. Then we waited 25 minutes to get out of the parking lot. If you made a reservation you have to print it for when you check out or it takes forever! Archaic system.

Lousy service. Stood out in the rain waiting for a shuttle. Shuttle driver was rude and was more worried about people wearing a mask than waiting in the rain for her.

We had to wait for more than 15 minutes. I got a coupon from there website for $8.00 a day.When I went to check out there was a lot of confusion. We were on the lot for 50 hours 2 days and 2 hours. I told and showed the cashier my coupon.Between being on the phone and talking to the supervisor I guess she didn't see it. I was told it would be $45.38.I asked about the $8.00 dollars a day that was in the coupon and she told me I would have to show her the coupon. After I showed her the coupon, I was charged $25.32, 8 dollars a day and $7.50 for two hours (almost the rate for a whole day) THE REST IN TAXES. WHAT A RIPOFF!
