How this place has anything higher than one start is beyond me. As a driver I absolutely despise coming here. Not that they are slow or anything but simply because of the gentleman who sits in the shipping office. I've never been to a dock and seen someone so angry and flat out rude. If I were Welch I might consider telling this gentleman to retire or simply have someone else take the papers of the driver. For someone to be so rude about doing their job and take it out on other drivers is crazy. Anyways, at least you get unloaded quickly. Wish I could leave this place in the rear view!!!

Unload pretty quick but the guy behind the glass in the shipping office is pretty rude.
