Been sitting waiting for a freight delivery on a job site since 10am. Was told the delivery ETA was ~12:30-1:00. However they could show up 1.5 hours before or after. The ETA time. I called three times to get updates on delivery status. The second check up call I was told I was the next stop. Then the next call I was told the driver routed to a delivery in a town in a different county! Here I am at 5:35 still sitting at the job site waiting for a delivery.

I would rather drive to pickup my order than have my shipment ever sent here again. Unprofessional, not helpful or friendly. Could not find order by name even though we received call stating our shipment was there and was told when picked up only needed a license! We had to find tracking number and returned another day for our order. The dock personnel are great!

Laziest drivers, pretend to attempt to deliver larger or heavier packages resulting in customer needing to pick up, frequently deliver to wrong similar addresses (transposed address numbers), throwing packages onto porch, etc.

Please don’t take load for this guys, Dispatches from this place, unprofessional, uneducated rude person, don’t remember all the person from dispatch but yes Celeste Mendoza is one of those people!!! STAY AWAY!!!

UPS Freight is the worst. Never was notified that shipment was classified as a rural area and they only head there once a week. Would have been nice to know before they have my shipment at their terminal. Would give -5 stars if I could. I will use USF Holland from here on out.By the way - I had to give 1 star just to be able to post.Saginaw MI terminal - delivery to East Tawas.
