It was perfect. They dropped off and picked up efficiently and on time. The dispatchers were courteous and understanding. Everything arrived in good shape. I would highly recommend use of this service.

My boyfriend and I have gone through hell and back with these people. It is going on 9 weeks since they picked up my stuff from Dallas to be dropped off in Detroit. Every time we called they would tell us that it was “in transit” and that was about 4-5 weeks after it was picked up. Well I knew something had to be wrong because it said on the paper that it only takes 7-10 business days to arrive to the destination. Finally, after back and forth they realized that the number on our paper for the container was associated with someone else’s container and that my container had been sitting there, at the place, 10 miles away from our home for weeks after us calling every single day with no answer. So we scheduled to get it delivered, it never came, scheduled it again, it never came. And it still hasn’t come. They gave us a total refund, which is nice, but I still don’t have my stuff. Now I cannot schedule a delivery because they closed apart of my account and they need the reference number after us calling every single day for the past 6 weeks. They are holding my stuff hostage at this point. This has caused me so many problems. I am living out of a suitcase with a weeks worth of clothes and 3 pairs of shoes, i don’t have any of my stuff and anything I did need out of the container I had to rebuy. This is the biggest joke of a company I’ve ever dealt with and the biggest headache, I should’ve just paid the extra money to use the actual Pods company because clearly these people don’t care about you or your stuff.

Easy process from Ann Arbor, Michigan to Denver, Colorado. They handled the drop off and pick up with ease. Very secure, but just be careful to pack everything assuming that transporting the box can be rickety!

The experience was great and convenient. They drop off the trailer/ cube in front of your house and pick it up once you are ready. Generally give 3 business days to fill/ empty, which is more than enough. My only complain would be that they do not provide with moving cloth/ sling wraps / dolly to Rent/ buy for the move. We had to rent it from outside. Otherwise a good service.

A real positive experience. We've moved several times in the past 40 years and nothing comes close to the experience with UPack.Yes, we had to pack and unloaded the trailer ourselves, but the training provided was all we needed to do it right. Nothing was damaged and they did all the driving.If you're looking to save some money and don't mind some work, it's the way to go!Let me say one more thing. The customer service was exceptional. They were always friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole process more enjoyable. Don't waste your money with full service movers. With UPack, you know your stuff is protected and in good hands.

This was a first time experience, rather than loading up a truck and driving cross-country and I'm glad I did. This was run very smooth. After a simple phone call and setting up my account, I was sent a message on when the empty pods would be delivered. On the day of drop off, I received a driver ETA and the driver could not have been more friendly. After loading, called and they were picked up. I didn't even have to be there. I hopped in my car and drove cross-country. The best part, unlike a moving company or rental truck, the containers are sent to a facility and YOU decide when you want them. I called the destination center and my container was at my door in about an hour. I would certainly use and recommend U-Pack. The size worked for me too. A king bed, box spring and sectional fit into one pod, in additional to a large hockey bag, paddleboard(inflatable) and kayak. (Inflatable), plus a few wardrobe boxes.

Our Relocubes arrived a day sooner than estimated (day 3 instead of 4-6), and the delivery driver dropping them off went above and beyond and was so friendly and professional. After the horrifying ordeal of comparing sky-high quotes and weeks long delivery times with other companies, I'm very pleased we chose U-Pack.

I've used PODS before, and UPack was by far a better and more affordable experience. My Relocube was delivered on time and picked up on time and the delivery people I worked with were so kind and professional. I would definitely recommend Upack and use them again. My entire move from Michigan to Tennessee with Upack was about $1200. A recent move from Texas to Michigan with PODS was more than $2300 and the experience was just okay, and I felt like I was paying too much. Also, my Upack took 3 days to arrive to my destination -- it was so fast! (For comparison, PODS took about 10 days). I'm very happy with my Upack experience.

Upack was a great option for us to get the contents of a storage unit shipped across multiple states. The delivery of the trailer, pickup after loading and delivery at the destination was event free and as agreed. The cost was very reasonable comparatively with the current state of prices during covid for moving and transport. We saved several thousand dollars over using one of the national moving brokers. The people were friendly and helpful. No complaints whatsoever

Moved out of state. The quote was fast and accurate. They delivered the pods to me on-time. They picked them up and delivered them as expected. The drivers in both destinations were friendly and helpful. Would use them again.

From Charleston, SC to Dearborn, MI, the drivers and the customer service staff were amazing! Beat all other movers in price. Very very nice to work with glad that I did this!
