I had an AMAZING experience working with SCI Flooring! They were responsive, on time, VERY professional, and did an amazing job on our office floors (wood), carpet (whole upstairs), and the basement (vinyl plank). This was my first time getting new flooring installed and Andy (VP) took the time to carefully walk me through the entire process, educate me on the different types of flooring (positives/negatives), and never make me feel pressured or like I was getting something more expensive than I needed. There was never a moment that I felt like I was being "sold" but rather helped. Also, their crew was very trustworthy and got our entire 1,500 sq ft basement finished in ONE day. They worked until 10 PM (with my permission) and were trustworthy enough to lock up the house when needed. Truly a wonderful experience, thank you again! Now, they are working with us to do the flooring for our satellite offices as business continues to grow. HIGHLY recommend. (11/10)Services: Wood floor installation

_____ from SCI flooring came today to replace the hardwood board. While doing that he damaged one of the neighboring boards, He replaced that too but there is a new crack in the nearby boards. When I showed him that he filled it with wax. I told him that is not how it is supposed to be fixed. He said he is already late for the next appointment and has to go. I spoke to the lady who scheduled the appointment and she sent one of her tech guys to investigate the issue further. He left saying that it is just a gap. If you remove the wax completely then you can see the damage. Mine is a brand new house and I cannot accept this kind of work.Service: Repair flooring

Installed wood flooring with damaged board. Replaced damage board with board that was too narrow and covered up with wood filler. Lousy job overall, didn’t respond to calls or texts. Wouldn’t recommend.Service: Install flooring

Pretty lit, there was a warehouse with beer-bloated men inside and a pretty cool forklift man but other than that it's a pretty chill place and I recommend taking your kids there for a nice relaxing Sunday afternoon. BTW I'm lying in a van while writing this far away from fortnite and I need to unlock the tier 100 skin from season 9
