Quick unload, friendly people. In and out in less than a hour and these young guys had to unload my trailer by hand. I remember when I worked in a warehouse and unloaded trailers like that by hand, hard sweaty work.

I called in to Rightaway to have a tool delivered to my house in Livonia that I'm remodeling. I was a bit hesitant as I did notice a bad rating on here. I was immediately met with excellent customer service so naturally I asked why the rating is so low on Yelp. I was notified they had an account with wayfair years ago and many deliveries were late due to no fault of their own. I was overall very happy with my customer service experience as well as the professionalism of the driver. I will use Rightaway again in the future if need be, and I also would recommend their services to friends and family.

Worst shipping service to be receiving an order from. My order has been sitting on their dock for over 2 weeks and they just wont ship it the rest of the way. After 15 days of the freight not moving they tell me their driver got sick and I have to wait longer. one person told me it would get delivered today and another person tells me its going to be 3 more day after its already been 15 days! I live 2 hrs from the terminal and they cant get me my order to me in 15+ days. Absolute garbage carrier. I'd never use these guys for anything at all. unreliable and inconsiderate. Right away hahahahahahaha seriously nothing right away about them.

My experience with Rightaway Delivery is one from a working perspective. I have been associated with Rightawaay for the last 19 years, either as an independent contractor driver or as an in office employee. The very best thing about Rightaway is the people. They are a pleasure to work with from top to bottom. I feel like they truly care about me. It is the reason I have stayed, which in today's day is difficult to do. I think we do the best at servicing our medical customers, which has become a real priority with the pandemic. As we all forge ahead in these trying times, know that Rightaway Delivery is doing it's very best to get critical medicine, supplies, and lab specimens where they need to go! I've also been a customer of Rightaway (as a medical patient) and I've never been disappointed. Top notch service!

We do work with so many delivery companies, Right away One of the worst delivery company I ever have seen, Lie after Lie, they promise 2 days delivery, it will take 10 days to get it. they never call to confirm the date and time of delivery, if you call they will feed you with a bunch of bedtime stories, RUN AND HIDE FROM THIS COMPANY, very rude employees.

Guys simply disappeared. No contact. I was going to schedule a van delivery on a Tuesday. Reached out a few days before. When it came time to go, they (Jeff Clayton) never responded. Never wrote back. Simply disappeared. Left me high and dry. I found an alternative but I found these guys to be highly unreliable.
