I applied for this job even after reading all the reviews. And thought I'd give them the benefit of a doubt. However, those reviews were sadly very true. I submitted my application yesterday and talked to a manager. She then went over all the duties of job and finally told me the hourly pay. They only pay 8.45 per hour plus tips. Which, is totally ridiculous. That's below even minimum wage. What if people don't tip? Which happens. And, for all this money I have help disabled and elderly passengers get from one end of the airport to another. Then wait and assist them with their luggage. And, I'm sure I'd have to then put in their car. Also, I was informed of the dress code: White dress shirt, Black dress pants and Black shoes. Which, employees have to buy. Then I was told the company provides everything else. I'm still confused about that. I guess they provide a badge. Lol. Which is so nice of them. Then, the next step was a background check at the airport. Which again is very confusing. Then on top of that I have to pay for parking. No validation or reimbursement. This company is a joke. I don't know how they get away with treating their employees this way. I don't know who their hiring. Undocumented aliens? Who they can manipulate. All I saw in the office were teenagers. You can make more money anywhere else. Please stay away from this company. I wish I could give them less than one star.

This employer is predatory and DOES NOT pay wages!! They advertised up to $150 a day. Instead they offered $9 an hour plus "tips". That would be a 17 hour shift to hit $150. I'd imagine the owner gets rich to do a job and instead of doing that job he hires 10 young men from the area to do it on the cheap. This type of garbage needs to stop!! PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES CHEAP OWNER! Have some class and some ethics.

Currently waiting at the gate to be taken to baggage claim in Detroit. This is the second time this had happened. I was told if you are NOT connecting you are not a priority. Doesn't matter. All customers should be treated the same.

Trashy and very unprofessional company. I was repeatedly trying to apply and making all types of phone calls and one of the supervisors named Stephanie made sure she memorized my name so she could sabotage me getting the job since I wasn’t sure if they were open on memorial day and didn’t make it to the badging appt. I made many calls and left many voicemails that were unanswered and they eventually just told me to reapply, which I did. Was told I would get a call back and never did. Don’t waste your time applying here, the pay isn’t anything close to enough to survive out here and the supervisors are c*nts. Go work at amazon or something

They are horrible they terminated me because I post a TikTok video in the airport and during training I asked them can I post and take videos and they said it was ok and just to find out a few months later they terminated me for a video they clearly told me I can take Prospect is a very unorganized working envirment people come hours late and no one cares and the worker are break every rule and get away with them and they would even let me go back I was doing nothing wrong working hard not causing problems and people still post video and get away

Amazing staff. I was there last week and one of the agents was Ammar he helped my mother. Such an amazing person. He went out of his way to satisfy us. I will forever be grateful.

I worked for this company from March of 2023 through September of 2023. They knew going in that I had a bad knee and that I required a cane, To walk. I was also told in the beginning that if I am off for any reason I would need a doctor's note so that I did not get any points. Well that was the biggest lie ever. I was getting points even though I had a doctor's note for everything. Even though I was doing a great job, I was praised many times, I was let go. And the week before they let me go. I had Covid. They said I missed too much. Well when one supervisor tells you that if you have a doctor's note you do not get points only to go right behind you after you give them said doctor's note and give you points. That is a really bad company to work for. I do not advise anyone to work for this company. Worst company at CVG. BEWARE, STAY AWAY.

I was extremely disappointed bout the work hours I was worked like a black male in the 1950’s I was mentally abused getting worked more than I should doing 20 hours of overtime getting threatened by my managers bout points I use to clock in at 10 and get home at 10 cause they won’t let me go home after my set schedule hour was barely able to see my family

Currently working here and it’s terrible. They let an Arabic girl get $16/hr when she was the same as everyone else, a UM agent. The managers also have relationships with the minors. They lied and said I’d be making $14.75/hr but on my very first paycheck i was put down as a PSA only making $8.23/hr when i vocalized that i wanted to work as a UM agent. They also lied to me about moving up but hired others in the position that I’ve been asking about for 3 months out of the 7 I’ve been working. They discriminate against black people. There was a white girl and a black one that were equally late but guess what? They fired the black one and promoted the other to superviser. They should have gotten equal consequences. ALSO they take your badges and fire you but will put in their system that you voluntarily quit so you can’t claim money for filing Unemployment. They also hired a girl who’s pregnant and she’s telling them she can’t walk too long. This job requires you to be on your feet at all times especially when we have a rush so why are they hiring people who can’t even do the job. And another thing they halfway train these girls and then they come in the room and mess up everything. Working with minors is a priority yet these girls aren’t doing the job right. DO NOT work for this company and I repeat DO NOT work for this company. They cheat you. I put down I didn’t want any taxes taken out my check and yes they have that option but the company itself takes out however much they feel. It’s not worth it. It’s a miserable workplace. Very unpleasant to work there. If you black I don’t recommend
