Started driving for Northfield Trucking November 2021. Compared to other companies this is the best company I have worked for. It's a great place with great people and they care about their drivers.

Great family oriented company to work for. They treat there drivers and staff with the respect found no where else. The shop is on top of maintenance and quickly takes care of any issues. Couldn't see myself working any where else. It's not a job it's a career.

awesome place to work for.. everyone is down to earth and good at what they do. always striving to do better. the owner is always reaching out no matter your position to make sure you have everything you need to do your job well.. never worked for a better company!!!!!
